you also have this study on lgbtq people on sex offender registries, although only 20% are lgbtq, there isn't a 50/50 split between straight and lqbtq people in america.

Using the 7.1% population estimate from wikipedia and 20% of sex offenders being lgbtq according to the ucla williams study, this can show that lgbtq people commit sex offences at roughly 3 times the rate compared to straight people. Both studies being concluded in the same year (2022) also strengthens this point.
