Gameplay looks similar to mgs5, it even has a command wheel that lets you pee, kind of like the "do it" command

From the gameplay reveal, it looks more or less an AAA Raw Danger/Septurion/Disaster Report. I like those type of games, though I don't think it will be a lot of people's type of jam. And I actually want more games of this type, since the last game (shrouded city) was ok, but needed more, and it was more or less still running away from Yakuza, guest starring Godzilla/Eva/Patlabor.

I just hope that Death Stranding will be more action pack than this

that'd be cool.

but, I don't think we're gonna be able to "enter" any of those locations from the cutscenes. I say this based on nothing but the fact there are a million textures in Heartman's room. Also, it strikes me as a very Kojima thing to hide a bunch of easter eggs in a cutscene then not let us explore at our leisure.

It's a Kojima game, it may be slow or boring but there's absolutely no doubt that it'll be... interesting.

I think he is being an asshole until, and probably after the game's release. He hasn't shown anything, but he's shown things, if that makes sense. It's not substantive really. The story elements in the more lenghty scenes (running shittily on ps4 pro I assume) are becoming more convoluted and signature Hideo ridiculousness, whereas in most other trailers the vagueness was more appealing to me. He doesn't need all these set dressing conceptual characters and expository dialogue. Hopefully that won't come up much, as I don't give a fucking shit where the B.B.'s come from really (a little) or this increasing ensemble of characters. That's the problem with some Final Fantasy games, just melodramatic dialogue between over stylized characters who I don't give a shit about.

I think he's trolling, and TLDR, gonna be a good game, he's an asshole as always (especially to professional people) and people think he's a messianic figure when he's a perverted Japanese hipster with ties to the Yakuza who wears glasses. Game will be feature-packed, I have a feeling though. (it better fucking be).

BTW, he was prophetical about some things, especially THIS:
