I'm not going to change my vote because I'm a beluga of principles but Kelly Lenza seems to be getting closer and closer to knocking on SJW paradise's door.
 
Anna has increasing malaise which might be consistent with one of her organs failing. The most interesting symptom is pruritus (itchiness).

Do you think it is her:
Pancreas
Liver
Kidneys
Heart
Other?

If you’d asked me two weeks ago which organ would take her down I’d put ten grand on liver because of combo fatty liver and alcoholism. However, the pruritus is interesting. I might swap to suspect her kidneys go first now.
 
Should be noted that she made a big stink about growing up and going to doctor about it. That she would not take any answer involving her weight as real. Instead she went to an immediacenter which told her it was a bad sinus infection.

I voted for Tammy because Tammy not ok but honestly I wouldn’t be surprised to one of these days read that Fat Alice kicked the bucket because she drank herself into liver failure or alcoholic brain disease.

He seems too self aware, as well as too animated to really bet on. He's definitely going to get Type 9 Diabeetus, like, yesterday, but I'm not betting on him to be the first to die among the likes of Hamber and Tammy.

Exactly. Even though he looks like he is wearing a fatsuit in an Eddie Murphy movie and looks like complete shit. He has plenty of time left. Unlike my pick Tammy whose body has to be out of miracles after the last comma.
