Going with Jen, she's the oldest of the gorls. She looks like she's easily past 600lbs already and at death's door. Fuck her anyways, that manipulative bitch. I actually subscribed to her channel last year as she declared she was on a 'weight loss journey'. Little did I know about her past and then this horrific Gene character throwing community strikes at reaction channels. Fuck them both with a rusty chainsaw.

I'd estimate him at around 2 bar fridges and a 5 pack of nuclear noodles.
 
After seeing Chantel’s new apartment tour, in which she has to walk up not one, but two flights of stairs to get to her bedroom, I may have to change my vote. If that’s not a heart attack waiting to happen, I don’t know what is.

The only glitch is I think she probably won’t tackle the stairs, and will just sleep on the floor near the fridge, never leaving her house again.

In his Heart Attack Grill with hungryfatchick he got weighed and was around 220lbs, he’s admitted to putting on around 50-100lbs since then so I reckon he’s well over 300 now. His chin and gut have grown massively.

Picked Sara, but she's also the fatty I'd like to see make a 180 in lifestyle and get healthier. She seems like a sweet lady that happens to suffer from mayonnaise addiction. Anna O'Brian I would also like to see succeed.

I agree that Sara is sweet...but she seems to be the closest to biting The Big One. I do agree about Lipids. She is a waste of space (of which she takes up a lot).
