Bind 'Going in' to the voicechat wheel. Even the most braindead of pubs pick up on what that line delivered in Dynamo's voice means. If you rush a warp stone you can almost always land at least 2-3 good ults a game, if your team gets into the offensive stalemate trying to take blue walker you can usually sneak in through the left side balcony exit and hop right in the middle of 2-3 enemies to land the ult without any mobility items too.the coordination usually isn't there to capitalize on the ult even when I say i'm gonna do it in chat/VC
Kelvin is in a sad state of affairs right now, being powercrept by the new supports after having his kit gutted twice, but he can still turn teamfights by himself by blocking objectives like you said. You can freeze towers, the patron and the mid buff to buy some time for your team, and if you are feeling a bit cheeky you can get alchemical fire and cook people inside your dome.I've been having fun with a few characters, those being:
- Kelvin that ice beam + nade + healing tempo is great for constant support + debuff. That ult is a great thunderdome if they're weak or to keep most of them out if we take mid boss for example and they're about rush us as we try and take the rejuvenation crystal
- Dynamo has been insanely fun with his stomp and just going all in on spamming that as a build. I know that the building into the + healing is great but when i'm solo queuing (lowest rank) the coordination usually isn't there to capitalize on the ult even when I say i'm gonna do it in chat/VC
- Drifter really is a vibe. My first real match with him had 2 of my own teammates DC but I was able to clutch up 13 kills back to back and just started snowballing up until they had a huge soul lead we couldn't match. Just sneaking around corners and jumping them is really fun.
- Seven seems really fun from the 2 matches I had with him, I mainly wanted to build into the electro ball to farm jungle faster but honestly I don't think I played him to his best potential and not being good at movement + lacking map knowledge gimped me imo
- I had one game as Shiv and utterly fed. That said the cowboy bebop OST was playing and Shiv has that same vibe so I'd like to learn him more for just that alone.
If anyone has any tips on playing these characters better or just tips to get better in general (never played a MOBA prior) I'd love any feedback from you guys. My game time is limited so i'm trying to be as efficient as possible with learning the game.

Dynamo also got heavily nerfed with the last CD change to his ult but you can still turn fights around if you build a bit into the ult. You can use warp stone and majestic leap to position yourself for a good ult if you find it too hard to hit good ones, and arcane surge is insane on all of his skills (except entanglement), so its a must buy. You can also build him as an hybrid shooter because of entanglement and stomp gun buffs, and recharging rush should work pretty well with dynamo.
That is the other half of hitting good dynamo ults, but theres not much else to do about it other than learning when to jump into a fight with it, but playing stomp dynamo is very fun and it will work for plenty of ranks until people learn you can just double jump it.Honestly in Initiate 2 i've not had trouble landing Dynamo ults my issues have been either I didn't read the situation and my team wasn't in a position to capitalize or they just didn't for whatever else reason.
Dyna's quantum entanglement can be a game changer if used right. Aside from being able to save your team from big cc ults like lash, rem, infern, etc, a lot of people don't know you can pull people to you through walls! Is a teammate getting jumped in the subway or secret shop? If you're above them you can quantum them to the surface for an easy getaway. Yes, even if he gets expansion the vertical hitbox of the stomp does not change, so you can always double jump to avoid all damage, except some spots like stairs are kind of tricky because the projectile climbs them, but otherwise you can always double jump them.Hold on a minute are you telling me that his stomp damage and stun are both invalidated by a double jump?!
