I'm curious about what Violet's kit's going to be, and given the 'creative' tag I'm expecting hero clones. In a perfect world she's the Deadlock transposition of Dark Seer from Dota.

I'm not sure how her kit is going to look like but I'm having a strong gut feeling that we might have a Celeste 2 in our hands. I am talking 3 months of struggle because she's one of the dev's waifu and they'll refuse to balance her properly.

Troons, furries and other assorted queers are mulling over the new voice lines and making reddit posts with 5k+ upvotes discussing which characters are homosexual, queer, their promiscuous cartoon relationships. I hope when they allow normal people to sign-up without needing an invite they get diluted a bit, but I'm not crossing my fingers. In 20 years of following DOTA I never saw raw political posts on the subreddits but on this one you're liable to see an 8k upvoted post on queer advancement or ICE. The moderators of the reddit are to blame for leaving them up, but right now the political leaning of Deadlock's playerbase is pozzed faggot woke. They are in some queer anime adjacent fervor obsessing over the world and its characters, influencing it to be as dismally gay as possible.

I mean at some point you just have to accept that we're in peak "current year+10" times and there are many things liable to get infected with the poz, although what I do find funny is that the audience for this is so inherently fragmented and constantly purity testing that even the most minimum step out of line either by accident or on purpose is enough to send retards spirilaing, its probably draining if you're in it, but as a spectator I often just want to get my popcorn ready.

I was thinking she would be a summoner based on the "creative" tag. I saw someone claiming that her kit leaked and she has a tether, aoe damage, and aoe stun ability with a freeze ult, but I think anyone claiming to know hero kits at this point is full of shit.

I'm convinced this game's playerbase is filled with an equal fill of troons and people who hate them. The people who hate them are just less visible in general due to a few reasons. In the case of the subreddit and other fan moderated communities, they get banned. They get stuck in low priority queue or muted in game. I think a good amount of people have some restraint and can keep their mouth shut and not spam slurs in the chat, contrasted to the troons who have no self restraint and can't stop themselves from being annoying faggots, which makes it seem like theres more troons. Also, when you're on the reddit and see political trash posts, sort by controversial in the comments its usually pretty fun.

I've noticed there's a massive divide between ranked (at least in high plat/low oracle which is where I'm currently sitting) and standard matches/street brawl in terms of faggotry and toxicity. In ranked the only annoying people are people that have massive egos and (literally) whine in voice chat whenever anyone on the team isn't doing what they want. In non ranked you get people throwing slurs around in chat and unbridled faggotry on the regular. It honestly balances itself out in game in my experience.

I don't doubt that this is a part of it, but I really think the furry aspect is the reason why he will win first. As I posted earlier, Billy and Rem were the first winners of the previous votes. It's more than likely not going to be different this time.

2. rocket m1, which he can self-damage and launch with
3. some sort of gigantic self-damage explosion/strangelove bomb riding for his 4
4. linear dash that ignores gravity and just goes straight in the direction you aim that does big knockback if it hits (and lets him dash straight up to set up his 4 if it's a bomb of some sort)

Would be the funnest shit ever, as a former TF2 soldier main.

So i think she’s probably some kind of really mobile character that uses ink to draw or create things, with a tiger summon, some kind of cloud/trap, a tether, and maybe a bamboo ability.
The enhanced slide thing is really interesting too because it looks like she has a unique movement mechanic built into her kit.
So overall she looks like she revolves around ink, drawing constructs, summons, traps/tethers, and a lot of movement.||

In general it seems like Vindicta has been eating well with how much more vertical and spaced out the map is across the board. In general it seems like Vindicta has been eating well with how much more vertical and spaced out the map is across the board. Same with Lash, Talon and I assume smart clankers who get Majestic leap for ult.

Vindicta is whatever really. She may be able to cross map snipe but she still has to float close to deal damage.

Paradox is a different story though. Getting slammed with a 1.1k HP bolt from across the map is pure pain. On the other hand flanking is a lot easier these days thanks to the new jungle basically having parallel lines to blue. If you have a roamer around they can just rush her down and get that sweet sweat buffed soul bounty.

Yams isn’t really a frontliner though. She’s a nuker like lash or pocket.

I feel like she would also make an excellent roamer/jungler with her teather and single target damage potential.
