Fellow roguelike enjoyers (yes all eleven of you), have you played Dead Estate yet? It's pretty good. Kind of like a cross between Enter the Gungeon and Binding of Isaac except you can jump. Gameplay is pretty solid but it doesn't have nearly as much to it as Isaac. Which may be a good thing considering the bloated imbalanced monster that game has become, but I digress.
Some gameplay footage:
The art style is great. I'm not usually a fan of pixel art but the cutscenes and character portraits in this game look fantastic. The game itself looks good during play but not as amazing.
If you have read the steam reviews or watched videos about the game you may have come across the shopkeeper/unlockable character Cordelia. She runs all three shops in the game (unless playing as her) and she has gotten pretty popular for two BIG reasons.
Overall it's a pretty fun if simple twinstick shooter. I'd suggest giving it a go if you enjoy action roguelikes and have already played Isaac and Gungeon.
