Sounds kinda similar to Lokinet, except instead of maintaining the integrity of their anonymous services, it's maintaining protection against DDoS attacks.

I don't know anything about their partners though (see above), so I'm not sure how trustworthy they are to deliver. I checked Hacken's Twitter, and it looks like they are still affiliated:

What do you guys think? Is this a potential replacement for Cloudflare? Or am I being too ?
