Have botnets become orders of magnitude cheaper lately*? Or is there now such a large rainbow coalition (pun intended) of troons, jeets, and animal torturers that combined are able to bring down the forum with relative ease?

*One would think not, since selling/using GPUs for AI would be much more profitable.

For all the flaws of modern computing, there has been a great amount of work done by people who actually gave a shit about these kinds of problems to bring about some kind of refuge from companies, governments, and evil people who want to turn us all into niggercattle slave-goyim.

I am currently typing to you still on the open and free internet due to the hard work of the contributors to the free and open source software movement. I have a ungoy'd operating system, running an anonymous browser that lets me connect to whoever I want so long as I have the onion link. We are both free and unrestricted in our conversations because of this. Is this ideal and convenient? Hell no. Is it sustainable for a site like this long term? Also hell no, but it's a damn start to something that can become convenient and nice, and at the very minimum gives us shelter from corporate hands.

All it takes is people with functioning brains and a willingness to fix shit to come along and actually do it, not everyone will be saved, but it is possible for the people who care about a non-shitty internet to come together and give ourselves that. Projects like these will never supplant the normal internet, but given what the normal internet has become, its not like we would want that either.

It's going to be an uphill battle, and we're likely going to lose a lot during the process of it, but with the direction things are going online right now, everyone who seriously cares about issues like internet censorship needs to start making moves to distance themselves from the enshittified realities of goy computing and towards something sustainable and long-term focused on healthy ways for humans to engage with technology.

Seconding this, if the people involved are IC, then there's a non-zero chance they have the ability to seize tor sites (regardless of the legality).

This is probably a stupid idea, but how difficult would it be to vibecode an application that is basically a fancy tor wrapper for normies? People download the app, run it and are connected to the farms.

CloudFlare is a US based company, and is subject to US laws. If Uncle Sam comes knocking, saying "Yo! We want all information you have about your client 'rape-and-murder-13yo-girls.com', and everything you have about everyone who ever accessed that site. You have 24 hours," they have to comply. If the government says "We are running an investigation into the operators of sheep-sex.com and need it to stay online until the investigation is concluded," it will stay online.

If a CSAM site is up and protected by CloudFlare, it is because glowniggers want it up and are using it as a honeypot to collect kompromat.

Wasn't there a glownigger father of one of Chris-Chan's old alogs who got mad when the Farms dug up said alog's unsavory past?

There's a lot more people united against the farms and the proliferation of internet-of-shit smart devices (especially TVs) with unmaintained firmwares that get exploited and turned into pieces of a botnet is growing massively.

The internet wasn't really designed for the world we currently live in.
