The fact that he cases about it sucking so hard that he's out and out threatening to shut down the entire Transformers wiki is just laughable. Probably even sadder than Moleman "spiting" the admins by removing the Navaverse wiki because of his ban evasions.

Honestly, I think Walky's worse than Dobson. Especially since Dave's always sucked as an artist and is hated by everyone in and out of the fanbase. Dobson at least has some followers left and did show some promise (which then made way to mediocrity and a bitter attitude, but still...).
 
Walky is pulling in nearly 5K a month on his Patreon. It would take Dobby years to get enough Patreon bucks to match one month of Walky.

I don't think Walky realizes how absolutely and utterly replaceable he really is, especially in the larger fandom.

His claims to fame are a wiki to a franchise where at least half the fanbase hates him (and is mirrored almost identically on Wikia) and awful webcomics that're terrible even by the low, borderline-nonexistent standards of that field. The second he throws an autistic tantrum and deletes TFWiki, and especially when the SJW fad is over, he's fucked.

He's pretty awful. Equally as bad as Dobby, if not worse.

Supposedly he had a massive fallout with Fun Publications, who handle all the 'official' Transformers shit aimed at collectors (Botcon, Collector's Club, and what not) over a stupid joke. I believe the gossip on /toy/ is that someone made a remark of using a Bulkhead mold as a base for an overweight female character. Walky apparently took this as a reference to his wife because everything revolves around him. I think he also got pissy over another joke about a female character that he took as a rape joke or some shit.

That sounds very much like Walky. He takes anything even remotely sounding negative as a personal attack and reacts at full DEFCON level.
 
Considering his obsession with Hot Shot, I'm now curious about what would happen if someone brought up the Hot Rod/Hot Shot naming issues, What with his go-bot induced rage. (They couldn't get the rights to the name Hot Rod at the time, if I remember.)

Then again, that probably already happened.

Nice to see he's a terrible SJW. Also can't say I'm surprised, the whole thing sounds like something he would get offended over.

Really though, would anyone miss him if he were to one day up and leave the fandom completely? Or just out and die?
 
I read his comic, dumbing of age, just to see where he's going with it. It's terrible.

In terms of SJW, which seems to be his intended audience, he's like Dobby as he doesn't seem to really understand it.
Also, in that comic specifically, he's trying to pump it full of lesbians (another ringer to Dobson), but he has absolutely no idea how lesbians work. Like most SJW, I don't think he has any friends that belong to any minority because the way he treats these issues are with complete ignorance, and his comics are full of sad attempts at portraying minorities.

He's supposedly sperged out over that company multiple times. There was one time he got mad cuz one rep said "head no fitty good" in some stereotypical Chinese man's voice when discussing how they were testing out some new part for some con exclusive repaint toy.

I think the difference between Walky and Dobby is that Walky's SJWism I think developed either during or after starting relationships with women; that is, he was not of that inclination until one or more women convinced him to be this way, on the basis of continuing the relationship (and considering Walky gets offended if someone references "fat" and he thinks they're talking about his wife, it's obvious he goes full white knight for her at all times and she obviously is comforted by this, and/or is more paranoid and SJW-y than Walky is), whereas Dobby got into it as an attempt to have success with women where he had otherwise failed, but sadly not even Harry Potter could help Dobby get a woman. In this case, Dobby's more like CWC in relationship fail, while Walky is less spergy dealing with the opposite sex, at least well enough for him to attract one that wanted to marry him and spawn with him.

He's bovine in the way he reacts to criticism, but it's hilarious how the hatespergs in this thread keep triggering themselves over him:

I just got reminded that his porn comics existed and I started sweating on the mortal coil beneath me.

Its weird that I have to explain this, but the main reason his art looks like poop whenever he tries anything bigger then a newspaper size comic (and even then) is because he has adopted certain artistic characteristics from comics that go back as far as the 60s.

Lets take this for example. The square face with a strong chin is a symbol for being manly, a rounded face with blush marks is a symbol for the feminine etc (And yes, i'm calling the way David draws himself effeminate). The point is that this is not an attempt to represent or stylize real forms, these are vogue 2d shapes/symbols. There is minimal detail, because the panels are small and the symbol making is supposed to make the eye skim on the lack of detail.

This is fine for the newspaper size scribble he calls a webcomic (certainly nothing worth the 5k he seems to be milking), but the moment he upscales and, dear god, tries to actually make a porn comic, it becomes apparent how amateurish his art is.

The effect is the same as taking a newspaper comic with art that looks fine in a 8x4 cm panel and magnifying it to the point where every wobbly line and shape looks like spaghetti. You may as well have cardboard cutouts bumping into each other because the end result is blobs of colors and lines that are erotic in the same way poring hot wax on your crotch is warming.

If Dave or anybody else thinks this is passable art, they demonstrate at best a higher level of incomprehension.

I disagree. There's more cow qualities to him than just the way he spergs over criticism. The fact that he didn't masturbate until college-age because he believed his Grandma's ghost was watching him from heaven is pretty comical, if a bit depressing. And the whole joke someone at Fun Publications made that he thought was some jab at his wife.
