So I dont know how much Doordash charge Stateside, but if you include tips for the driver, because that helps them the most, there is no way Phil just blew $40 on one meal when he cant afford groceries or eat a Calender for breakfast...

I agree with most of this, but I'd actually argue it doesn't make Phil a cult leader. In the past, maybe, but it's more like he's a cult mascot these days. I think there was a time where his paypigs genuinely believed his sob stories. Nowadays, eh, there are still some, usually the big wheelchairs that actually believe his sob stories, but it feels like the majority of his fans have accepted he's full of it. His manipulation attempts don't really work. The majority of people aren't donating to support Phil and help him pay his bills for the 30th time that month, they're just doing it to feel like heroes in the war against detractors, or because they somehow think they're trolling Phil or other dumb reasons.

An actual leader is clever and manipulative. I don't normally like to go overbaord with the pig luck, but this is one area where he is legitimately lucky to have so many sad people using him as a proxy. All that being said, I do think he tries to be a leader, he just fails at it. His lies are so transparent these days, and he's too lazy to keep up with them or even make them believable. He's also delusional enough to think he's a skilled liar and expert persuader.

Agree. I feel bad for those who don't realize the type of person he is and he didn't aim to be this way, he's just to lazy. He stumbled through making his path with what brings in the money. Sadly special folks found him so he found a means syphoning from them because they don't question and they're caretakers don't care as long as they are quiet... It a very sad display of humanity.

I'll have fun joking about the cult thing but its the same cycle of abuse. His voice changes so much that it does have the power to make me a kid again which was entirely stunning to me when it happened originally. It's the words the way they are said.... I cant remember my father ,his face, the sound of his voice or anything anymore but in one slimy moment of want of money he could bring every waking nightmare to blinding clarity.

Phil, he doesn't mean to be the way he is as he recognizes "wrong" and seems more confused by confrontation than anything else because he doesn't see his actions for what they are or refuses to, but I think its more a disability for him at this point. He wants an easy ride and will do anything to keep it. And I don't begrudge him that either if people don't require consequences for actions they don't happen.

I blame the platforms and the healthcare field. I'm not very good at explaining myself since I get to wordy and this is kind of the overall deeper problem pit I have in regards to these.....lolcows. I'm not saying can free speech or nothing like that but there should be better regulations towards platforms that host beggars.

In "real" life you have to prove your need to live off of others. Provide utilities bills, food receipts, rental agreements for aid. I think it would be great if something like that was implemented for beggars online as well though it will quite literally never happen, it would be funny as hell.

I honestly think Phil is probably a really good dude deep deep down just a really bad con and I don't mind scummy fucks as long as you are a bit moral about it. I'm scummy myself.

But, I really did laugh at his tweet for that. It just reminded me of those Dr. Phil type shows where the grown kid is milking his parents into homelessness and a grave. They may appear well to do but im betting they probably are just assuming the visage since the father probably barely makes enough to cover himself, his wife and her shopping habit's, phil, Kat and Jasper right now.

I'm thinking if Phil doesn't move back in with them in the next few years they probably will end up loosing their home for him.

Thanks for pointing this out. I was going to post about this when it happened, but couldn't be fucked to do it at the time. But yeah, this was so heavily autistic I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing: he actually banned that person and then demanded an answer from them. Like, what the actual fuck? Here's a clip of that moment with chat included, so you can see he really did immediately ban that person, and only THEN demanded an answer:

Imagine demanding an answer from someone who can't react because you banned them literally seconds ago, and then unironically claim you've won the argument because you didn't get a reply. That's... hermit-tier mental gymnastics right there. You're mentally ill, DSP.

Pay special attention to the second part of that clip, where he gets buttmad because a character is cheating on someone. It almost sounds like he projects this on himself, as if someone cheated on him...

Wasn't there something about Kat cheating on Subaru man for Phil? Or am I remembering things wrong.

Well yeah, that's DSP right there for you; he's a walking contradiction. He gets furious with people not having an (what he calls it) "adult", "blooming" relationship, but his own wife was talking to/texting with him while she still was with Subaru Man + DSP was calling her his girlfriend before Subara Man broke up with her.

Lore:

Well, at the start. . .Phil says she was his girlfriend from the beginning of June, so probably the same day she went dark on all social media, June 4th. She then for the next 10 weeks, until August 16th, was both Phil's girlfriend and Subaru-Man's as she had not broken-up with Subaru-Man, who she kept using for money. Subaru-Man then caught her messaging Phil in front of him and kicked her the fuck out and "had nothing more to do with her".
For the next 6 months, from August 16th to February 12th, she was out on her own living who knows where. Before she moved in with Phil the place she was living in was a short-term lease that she expected to be able to re-sign for 3 months, so maybe she lived in a motel for 3 months until she found the place being offered for short-term rental, I don't know. From Phil saying, "she spent her tax return on a PS4 Pro," I assume that meant all of it and extrapolate that she likely worked some minimum wage job for part of the year from the amounts.

The point is she was a cheating bitch who was using her long-term boyfriend for money and housing, and she tried to keep that going with no indication of ending it, she got caught and ktfo, had to get a job and live in random places, had to get whatever job she could, sweet-talked the fuck out of Phil every night for months (I believe so Phil would send her $), didn't want to move-in with Phil until she had no options there. She lied to her long-term boyfriend to keep that shit going, but before moving-in with Phil she was working and living on her own for 6 months in Michigan and wanted to keep that life going (with Phil sending her $).

Of course DSP has memory-holed all of this to oblivion, but yeah: he's actually shitting on his own wife whenever he's lashing out at people/characters who cheat on their partners or are having a "non-adult" relationship, that's the funny part.
