Given the poor literacy rate of this country, and of our dear, dear forums, I will sum up everything I need to say in one sentence:
Subtext, context, and intent matter more than the specific letter of the word, and they always have.
For those in the audience reading at a PIAAC level 3 or higher, I shall elaborate further:
No, he did not directly say "I WANT TO KILL A BLACK GUY NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER", but there are a few key details here,
1. The insinuation of the necessity of violence, as opposed to de-escalation, "When I inevitably shoot one of you animals".
2. The content of his statements, he says that the day he kills someone for threatening his life is the day that the White man takes his country back. This seems to imply he believes killing Blacks is a good thing, something he would not be opposed to.
3. The context these posts exist within, he's consciously wording these posts with plausible deniability, saying that he would shoot someone for threatening his life for exercising his freedom of speech, but his actions suggest plenty well that he is trying to provoke an incident. He isn't being threatened for his exercise of freedom of speech, he's being threatened because he is harassing people on the street.
Given his actions, these posts clue you in to the mindset that he is in when he goes out to harass people and film them for his audience. He believes it an inevitability that someone will threaten him, and it is an inevitability that he will have to shoot them, there is no room for course correction, and he sees nothing wrong with what he is doing. (Harassing people) He sees killing Blacks who threaten him (regardless of reason) as a victory for the White man. He clearly understands the concept of plausible deniability, hence why he frames these posts with language of being threatened for "solely exercising his constitutional freedoms", but can't bring himself to refrain from showing his clear desire to shoot people. Furthermore, he has a monetary incentive to escalate, as it brings more attention, more viewers, and therefore more money to him. His shooting is the only reason we're even speaking about him, and I can only imagine, given the tenor of this entire thread, it has brought him loads of new fans and followers.
Everything about him, from his posts, to his actions, to his way of life and gaining money, to his outlook on life, to his degenerate criminal past screams that he wants to kill people, and I honestly believe it takes not just an insane amount of cope, semantics, word games, and rules lawyering, but also outright delusion to convince yourself that he wasn't trying to provoke a fight. The reality is that this man is a criminal, with a criminal past of drugs and harassment, as well as behaviors that indicate severe mental illness, and he very clearly wanted to kill a man, and not any specific person either, anybody, as long as they're one of the "animals" he hates.

Also, it's not lost on me that half the guys in this thread supporting Chud have acted as if Whites are above unnecessary violence, but the other half is happy to see a Black man get shot by a White man.
Let's not forget that our country was founded by men who regularly engaged in pistol duels and the guy on our 10 dollar bill was shot dead in one of them.
