I'm a bit confused on this stuff. If he called someone the N word, got him to get mad enough to get violent and get into a life-threatening scenario (fighting words), what is the legal recourse at this point? Run away and hope you can outrun him?

I'm not a lawyer but if the nigger left and then came back to begin punching Dalton then it's probably seen as a new encounter. The defense could argue that the guy being badgered was free to leave but came back on his own volition to escalate into violence. Dalton also lost his dog (apparently) and has been a social media pest so he has reason to believe the other party would escalate into life-threatening violence, especially if it was more than one blow.

Blacks are demonstrably low IQ, it's not an opinion that they underperform in schools and abuse social services to live for free, not all of them, but quite a high percentage. It is tragic how stupid they are and they each and every one of them is a domestic sleeper cell MK Ultra terrorist that gets activated with a single word. It's lame but it is what it is, no amount of additional help will pull them back into functional society, they don't want to be elevated, they love the status quo. I've been out of the country only a handful of times, one being the Bahamas which is mostly black but the difference is, they weren't indoctrinated their whole lives. Lower IQ? Probably. But friendly, well adjusted, ordinary people. African Americans are a whole different breed of animal. Schools brainwash them and their culture is like a quagmire they usually can't escape.

As for Chud, I watched him because he was a curious guy. On some levels, I sympathize with him. Being tired of a culture that does nothing but rob you at gas pumps, steal from your wallet with useless social programs, use intimidation and a racist card to fall upwards doing nothing while we all work to sustain their toxic lifestyles, taking advantage of a two tier justice system made by activist judges and teaching eight year olds of all races how to mime shooting people while wearing a sheisty, twerk and worship materialism. Yes, it's all very tiresome. However, Chud would've been much more effective as a stealth Jim Crow and leaning more into activism and social commentary, exposing how insane current year truly is. Doing something that requires a pistol and a can of bear mace is stupid. Having seen a lot of Chud, I thought every time he mentioned shooting someone, how bad it would be if he actually shot someone. I'm no lawyer, but there being hundreds of hours of him threatening to shoot people is going to fuck him sideways in court. Chud is probably cooked, love him or hate him, he's in deep shit. Day one of concealed carry, you learn not to expose you have a gun and even in the event of a shootout, you're not the police and not to get involved. In the end, what he did was ironically low IQ nigger behavior. What did he think was going to happen?

The nigger problem is not going to be solved by random acts of livestreamed violence adjudicated within the current American legal system by black judges. If Chud wanted to be a hero of the white race he would be doing something more productive. He could at least chud the build himself a stable, happy family with 3 or more white children. Instead he's going to rot in prison and leave his child fatherless.

He is bringing attention to the chimp out problem, which the more lucid blacks have been aware of for a while. A lot of them feel like they are obligated to chimp out when someone says nigger even if they aren't actually very offended. It's "losing face" like some sort of negro Izzat.
If it was considered more embarrassing to freak out over it than it was to ignore it we would really alleviate some negro fatigue. Some chimp outs are genuine, some enjoy having the freedom to chimp out, but I feel many of them are larping because they feel there will be social repercussions for them specifically if they let someone get away with saying the big N.

Meanwhile, as a white man there are zero social consequences to me ignoring some crackhead calling me a cracker They are beneath my notice and making a fool of themselves.
