i think it's a given that you don't have the right to attack someone after they insulted you and i don't think people are arguing that they were justified in doing so (legally anyway), where it gets complicated is that while such speech is protected that same protection does not extend to self-defense when you are the one basically engineering a situation where you put yourself in danger with the express intent (reminder this retard tweeted out he had "premeditated self-defense" to go and shoot niggers) to get a legal kill.

same shit happened with that Karmelo Anthony case, who clearly was trying to start shit and thought that as long as someone else initiates contact first he has carte blanche to stab them to death in response because he was only being verbally antagonistic at that point. i've seen a lot of parallel arguments being used for Chud today that all of Karmelo Anthony's defenders used a year ago, funny how that works.

I think that the "Before backing away from the truck" part is key here. In this case you can at least argue that since he backed off he was not an imminent threat anymore. Here it looks like everything unfolded way faster.

Regardless of what you think of Chud, (IMO he's a perfect example of the phenomenon of low class or unintelligent antisemitism/bigotry being uncouth and vulgar. Theres definitely a better way to highlight this issue than by going around and calling black people niggers until they attack you)
but with this murder case he's about to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt what most white people with an IQ over 115 already recognize, and thats that the word "nigger" is a magic word of power that absolves black people of all of the consequences from any violence they commit.

Depends what they're charging him with and what they're seeking. If they're going after it as a "hate crime," which they probably are, it's entirely relevant and admissible that he has a history of provoking confrontations like this based on race.

It's going to come down to whether it's more probative or prejudicial. Prejudicial is where his vile character is introduced just to make the jury/judge hate him and want to convict him, and probative is whether it makes it more or less likely that he actually committed the crime.

I'm going for probative here. This dipshit is going away for a while.

That's obviously a bullshit argument even under the current limited "fighting words" doctrine, but you're also not allowed to shoot someone in the head because they punched you and then were walking away. There has to be some currently existing threat.

Everyone involved in this situation acted like a total nigger.

Also, this is a situation where the verbal conflict should have not been admitted because it was irrelevant to the ultimate outcome.

So here’s where public sentiment MIGHT separate from the law.

The problem with provocative speech is that it.. well.. provokes. And in almost every single “self defense” “stand your ground” state self defense can’t be invoked if you started the fight . Not that you were saying otherwise, I just think it’s relevant to state that this wigger is 98% sure going to prison.

I totally agree with you btw, but this probably going to be the last time this dude streams outside of prison.
