He is (almost) always careful to specify that he would only delete a black if it was in self-defense. But it's creating a lot of hurdles for himself if his intent was to walk free and ragebait a racewar into manifesting.

Not to say he hasn't been careful, but we're talking about "trial by peers," and if there is a single black man or woman on that jury he is fucked. Chances are he is ordered to pay a significant sum of money to the affected family, but we still don't know the details.
 
This man is a certified grade A retard and will more than likely never hold a 9 to 5 job because of his behaviour, but I have to admit that this is the funniest shit I have seen all week. A single word to cause nuclear level chimpouts.

Is there a collated archive of all his streams? I have a sneaking suspicion that they are often deleted and this makes excellent 1.5x background noise.

I didn’t watch the whole thing, but it has good background for the OP. Basically, it started when Dalton roadraged at a local sheboon. She recorded the incident and made a post on Facebook. Her post gained traction around town, causing Dalton to get fired from his job. He tried becoming an independent contractor afterward, but his reputation now being the nigger guy ala Randy from South Park, made it tough to get work. So he leaned into the notoriety and turned himself into a full‑time grifting provocateur.

Seems like an IRL streamer version of GypsyCrusader, but he's actually white and not a Jeetbeaner larping as a white man.

While I don't like the idea of niggers shooting people just because they are called niggers and that makes them chimp out, I do wonder if this could make the concept of "fighting words" make a come back. It would make things a lot better in the world if people who are being pests can be just dealt with.

It reminds me a bit of the Rittenhouse case. There was a video of him basically saying "If I had my rifle on me I'd just start shooting them"(them being looters) on a completely different date(2 weeks prior IIRC) and the judge basically said that you can't use that as evidence proving that on a completely different day he went to Kenosha to kill people. Wouldn't this apply here as well?
Would love for someone actually competent in law to weigh in on this.

I disagree. Going by his prior criminal history, he is spiritually a nigger. He contributes nothing to society and exists entirely to be a nuisance and to enrich himself in the most nihilistic and niggardly way possible. Out of the however many times he's gotten chimpouts that get clipped, how many times has he gotten no reaction, or someone looking at him and moving on with their day? But obviously those don't get clipped. If it wasn't provoking a response from blacks, he would come up with some other equally gay way to be a nuisance and to cause problems for people.

Obviously I don't give a fuck is someone yells racial slurs like a spastic in the street. But that's not the point, to me this isn't a free speech thing because like I said, I'd venture to guess the chimpouts that get clipped/reactions he wants probably aren't the majority of reactions he gets but obviously if he can't find someone crazy/emotionally underdeveloped enough to chimpout, he moves on to a different target. This is nigger behavior, which is ironic given what his schtick is.
