On the surface, even if ol' bud were to get off on these charges (which is probably unlikely), it doesn't really change the fact that this dudes life is already toast.

His family and his girl wants nothing to do with him, half of Nashville and Clarksville want him dead, and given that he probably will never get a remotely stable job, he ain't got no choice BUT to grift and rely on the idiots that donate to his GoFundMe and that'll only take him so far.

HE even said himself while he was on his grand crusade that he has nothing to lose at this point. Dude was probably just using the free speech crux as a means of throwing himself in danger just to die and if he were to get off, he just may go on a balls to the wall accelerationist run. Just my two cents on it.
