Ya, that was the convention that he went to. I have always thought that he looked the most "normal" here (in Chris' terms). Like the poster said above, his weight is average, without the pedo glasses, his face is a typical young adult (the massive zits came later).

It makes me sad that he could have had a better life had he chosen a different path.

The zits probably come form caking his face with cheap tomgirl makeup and never doing whatever it is that girls do to take it off at the end of the day.

I believe it's called "washing your face".

I like playing I Spy with all the junk in pictures of Chris' room. I just noticed that off to the left, partially obscured by the TV, he has what looks like a full set of some Disney toys in little clamshell cases that were given out with McDonalds Happy Meals around 1997 or so.

I wonder if he was trying to make that Lego stack reach the ceiling.

I wish he'd wash his hair. That's horrible how his fringe is all matted together in clumps.

When did he stay at this hotel? Which of his travels (among the few he made) was this?

Maybe that anime/manga convention he went to?

If it is (and it probably is), unless I need new glasses I think it's from when he went in 2004. His 2005 convention picture looks a lot fatter than this, and it's closer to when he was discovered by the internet.

Its from 2005. The va state inspection sticker expires in October of 2005. Until I saw this pic as the pic of the now on the cwcki, I didn't know the classic shirt went back that far.

This was before he started getting banned from every business in C-ville and making a public spectacle of himself, so I think they both were more willing to let Chris roam a little at the time. Plus Bob was still around, so Barb didn't need to keep her manbaby close at hand to stave off her loneliness.

Chris has been causing scenes and getting banned from local establishments for years now, even before he was internet famous. It's not something that started recently.

the 2005 convention happened about a day or so before Chris got in trouble at the McDonalds in WalMart. Just throwing that out there, because it amused me.
