But why would he want the kids meal exactly? My experience with the personal pizzas comes from Book-It (I bet that's not around anymore, or at least the reward at any rate), and I don't remember getting a toy ever. Which means that Chris doesn't have an excuse to demand a kids meal like at BK or McDonald's or wherever.

Pizza Hut and Book-It are still connected IIRC, and I think Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell offered a Sonic cup topper in the early 90s, so he probably got that cup along with a Sonic the Hedgehog cup topper. I used to have a few Star Wars cup toppers from 1999 or so and think I remember a Sonic cup topper from my childhood.

I find that to be really surprising, considering the shit storm fast food is getting these days, let alone junk food in general.

I think I've seen a few themed cups, but aside from the Land Before Time puppets (which were purchased separately from the meal) I don't really know or remember Pizza Hut giving out toys. I wouldn't consider a cup topper a toy.

Pizza hut isn't exactly the worst thing you can feed to a child.

(I remember getting a cup like that when I went to pizza hut for the book-it thing. You got to keep it so I guess Chris just filled his with soda or whatever.

I almost reserved this holiday inn for my trip last week. Thank god I chose a place in glen allen instead.
 
Sadly, he looks a lot better in that picture. He's barely overweight, his clothes actually fit, and he looks good without the pedoglasses. Can't make out the details of his hair, but I'll assume it has the same unwashed look it always has.

Ya, that was the convention that he went to. I have always thought that he looked the most "normal" here (in Chris' terms). Like the poster said above, his weight is average, without the pedo glasses, his face is a typical young adult (the massive zits came later).

It makes me sad that he could have had a better life had he chosen a different path.

I like playing I Spy with all the junk in pictures of Chris' room. I just noticed that off to the left, partially obscured by the TV, he has what looks like a full set of some Disney toys in little clamshell cases that were given out with McDonalds Happy Meals around 1997 or so.

I wonder if he was trying to make that Lego stack reach the ceiling.

Last time I was inside a Pizza Hut (prolly a month ago, there are way better pizza places here, but I was hungry for a P'Zone), I saw a Book-It decal on the door. It was also a newer-construction Pizza Hut, so they are probably still connected. CWC's cup looks like it could be a Sonic cup judging from its color and design.

The zits probably come form caking his face with cheap tomgirl makeup and never doing whatever it is that girls do to take it off at the end of the day.
