I'm tempted to agree, this seems more like general incompetence than SJW-ism, although the body types choice points squarely at SJWs, and even the slightest presence of woke is enough to make entire games go to shit.

I also completely missed that after sony made it standard with the ps4, which is retarded af to begin with, they now doubled down with their haptic feedback gimmick which won't be a thing on xbox on pc. gg I guess....

however feedback can have some weird effects, playing anthem the pad is constantly going off like a vibrator on steroids, which not only drains the battery faster, it also affected my wrists hard to the point I had to tone it down by half and more.
 
Ubisoft is removing and altering shit from AC Vikings because it supposedly offended a burn victim who may or may not be hypothetical.

This doesn't really affect much of the game since way more was cut out to be DLC. But holy shit dedicating an entire emergency patch to this when there's far bigger issues with the game itself is ass backwards.

I'm glad other companies are starting to offer complete open world games out of the box. Ubi needs it's crutches taken away and kicked down the stairs like the cripples they are.

The Xbox One controller already has a similar feature, very few games actually used it sadly. Halo 2 Anniversary and Watch_Dogs 1 had it. Each weapon would make the trigger rumble differently. One of the Forza games (5? All of them? I don't remember) used that feature too.

rumble or triggers? afaik both the ds4 and xbox controller use the somewhat same motors for rumble, while the ds5 dualsense does some more gimmicky stuff, not even sure atm if it even has the functionality for "legacy" rumble.
but then sony can't even be arsed to properly support it on pc, which might give devs a reason to support it on more platforms than just playstation while xbox "works" the same on both.

with sony getting more and more retarded feels like the inevitable demise when you employ too many retards, just like the rest of the western AAA industry.

Ds5 has drivers for PC, the remote play feature went live this week and it works.

The rumble can also be altered in system settings

so does the ds4, but no one gives a shit about directinput anymore, not even microsoft, so you have to pray a game supports it natively (usually only AAA goes that extra mile). else you have to mess with steam or use ds4windows for xinput support, and that's outside the wants or abilities of most normies, especially when the xbox controller is literally just plug & play.
