Right, here's a couple very easy ways to tell if someone is a disingenuous faggot. Compare the volume of posts crying about rightoids being 'just as bad' vs the ones actively shitting on current shitlib zeitgeist aka posts that aren't just token "i hate the sjdubs 2 guise"/"no true leftoid".

Wouldn't you know, Fagtrot somehow always ends up being defensive towards leftoids and always seething at rightoids, despite his alleged claim of displeasure towards the current shit he actively ends up defending it every time.

Second, pretending that worthless eceleb shitlords like quarterpounder, and fucking nobody forum posters like dom cruise are somehow comparable to the entire business being coopted by and pandering to his preferred shitlib beliefs. My beliefs are that both video and tabletop gaming are infected with a weird malady that makes them think that the most profit lies in pandering to the extreme end of left wing SJW thinking, most likely fueled by the surge of women playing mobile games and not a lot else, and that in turn is mutilating what made both hobbies interesting in the first place to people on both sides of the political aisle, however, turning this into just another platform to shit on left wingers in general is not going to fix dick and that, despite what some say, there are more moderate left wingers that do play these games. The only thing is going to be grassroots consumers holding people to a higher standard and propping up the people doing right by us with our money.

Now go ahead and tell me how that makes me a SJW.

That's true but when they poll people on how to make [thing] women friendly they go by consensus, consensus meaning a few (constantly, never ending, 25/8 ) shrill people on twitter. So they make all the changes to comic books, games, whatever, to appease these SJWs(that are also the forefront of progressive and leftist ideology) and they still don't buy that shit. They never had any interest in it, they just wanted it to be changed.

It is easy to be confused because the media have made shrill twitter users the face of the left and progressivism.

It sounds like you're in the place TERFs are in right now. They had no problem with turning a blind eye to the crazier parts of the movement, and occasionally even pandered to them. Now it's biting them in the arse, they want out.

As others have said, YouTubers have no power. Razorfist or Quartering saying they want to keep left wingers out is different than Zoe Quinn sucking off journalists to get devs blacklisted or pull their funding.

The same applies to "turning this into just another platform to shit on left wingers". It's not the right ruining classic franchises to score cheap likes on Twitter. When we start see characters like Que Zuinn as major villains in AAA games and popular Japanese games being "localised" to remove gay characters and make everybody Christian, then maybe we can talk.

To be clear, the right is gearing up to do that. Calling anime games "degenerate" is one example.

I did have a problem with the crazy part of the "movement" (though calling "left wing" a "movement" is kinda like saying Christianity is one religion) even before "SJW" was a term. It's why I fell into the Men's Rights Movement in Web 1.0 and listened to shitbirds like Vox Day before he lost his flippin mind.

But just as the MRA's as an org shitting the bed did not change my mind on men's issues and the troubles in the divorce system, the SJW and dangerhair fuckery is not making me go completely right wing in all other areas like some people around here think it should.

There is no point in argueing who is to blame when it is shit no matter who is doing it?
Imo we shouldnt accept any kind of censorship because it will only lead to accept more, and just trying to put the blame on one side will just open the possibility of the other side creating acceptance to their own censorship
I think this is a pretty black and white problem, you either accept any censorship or you dont, but I'll be clear in one thing, I dont accept censorship, but I do accept putting age restrictions on things if that means changing a game the japanese see as a teen game to a mature game then so be it, as long as nothing is cut from it
