I like to imagine Connor's grandma is superhuman and keeping up with her is a task not meant for mortals. In reality leaving the house probably leaves him winded and his grandma is probably in better shape than he is.When a walk with Grandma is some kind of Herculean labor, being "forced" to do something kind of loses meaning.

Given that most grandparents learned their life lessons from WWII and the Great Depression
Connor loves to talk about himself and all the writing he wants to do but refuses to. I'd say the people on here care more about his writing (even if it's only to laugh about it) than anyone on WrongPlanet does.
Does Connor still claim to use a typewriter for writing?
I think he knows deep down that none of the autists on wrongplanet give the smallest fuck about his writing, but he can exploit their polite indifference by talking endlessly about it, knowing full well that nobody will ever actually try to make him do any work. Here he gets pressured to actually work, but over there he gets "oh, thats nice connor" which allows him to carry on lying about his raison d'etre without facing up to the harsh reality that he doesnt actually enjoy any aspect of writing, and probably never will.
That's because all autists are emotionless robots, which goes double for the ones on WP :^)Basically what I'm saying is that no one cares about Connor's problems on WP. And the polite asspats he's been given are completely insincere.
I remember that. But why should Connor care about anyone's feelings? We're all just NPCS in the game of his life that he's too lazy to even really play. The kid expressed that though he was hurting, his faith in God provided some solace. Connor's response? "What a crock."

In all seriousness, I find it amusing (as well as bemusing) that Connor expects---even demands---people show sympathy & kindness towards him, but offers zero empathy in return. Not once have I seen him console a grieving person, either here or on WP, or otherwise offer support to someone that really needs it. In fact, one of of his first posts on WP, he comments on the post of a kid whose father committed suicide (or had died of illness, I don't quite recall). The kid expressed that though he was hurting, his faith in God provided some solace. Connor's response? "What a crock."
By the way, I'm making good progress on the new drafts of Alphaboy and Redesigning Eva, as well as the short stories..
If you want me, you've got me.
Things have been going well. Emotionally, I'm a hell of a lot better. I've been taking the summer off from college. I needed the break. I've been taking it easy, doing some writing here and there. By the way, I'm making good progress on the new drafts of Alphaboy and Redesigning Eva, as well as the short stories. And I technically have a girlfriend. Not the one I had a crush on, though. But she is nice, and very beautiful. I've lost a few pounds, having cut back on what I eat. I also went to my first concert with my parents lately.
