I'm at work and can't archive but...
H3 just announced they are suing Ian for defamation, and he only apologised because they sent him a cease and desist. In Canada it's a lot easier apparently. Also Ian can't crowd source funds for it because in Canada you need the info of every donor to crowd fund court costs.
They screwed themselves.

In lolsuit news, there are updates to Poppy Diabolique / Jessica Routhier’s lawsuits.

• Poppy was sued last year for defamation by her ex girlfriend Noehflake. Noehflake was tarred as a rapist by Poppy for the crime of breaking up with Poppy. The lawsuit that Poppy’s ex filed against her has been settled. The settlement is private, and there is a gag order in place. The case was closed in early March.
• Poppy filed a lawsuit against an ex Milena for defamation. Milena has written several Google documents surrounding Poppy’s abuses of girlfriends and Poppy’s own child. The lawsuit Poppy filed against her other ex, Milena, has a motion for dispensation on June 16. Milena has asked the judge look at the current facts and settle/dismiss before the jury trial in September.

I'll just give you guys the slides so you don't have to watch actually sit through this. Basically, he lost his lawyer because I guess Hank is fed up with him again, and lost that lawyer the same day as the new petition for severe punishment, but we don't know which victim filed it.
