As of 2025 he's still on Odysee with his latest upload being Common Filth Radio #243 on June 9, 2025. He seemed to have been uploading fairly regularly up until that point so I don't know if he's taking a break or has disappeared again. I've watched a few of his more recent videos, and he doesn't seem to have changed much except that he seems to be tipping further in the schizo direction. Honestly it's sad to see that steeping himself so deeply in the degeneracy of the internet appears to have damaged his mental state. He can be a pretty funny and well-spoken guy at times, and for what it's worth, he seems to genuinely believe the insane shit he says.
Like a lot of people in this thread I used to watch the Tumblristas series and thought they were hilarious, if I'm not mistaken Jersh even gave a nod to CF by using Trilliam's "Grad Flow" as the outro song in the Womb Envy stream. He had a good sense of humor and I thought he had a unique editing style, but even within the span of that series alone you could tell that the degeneracy was starting to get to him. In the process of combing through so many small Tumblr accounts, he encountered a lot of repulsive shit, and as time went on it became more apparent that his sanity was slipping. All of that has already been pretty well-documented in this thread so I won't harp on it. For all intents and purposes CF was, and still is, a strident Christian /pol/tard screaming at anyone who will listen about the decline of western civilization.
I will say, one thing I always liked about CF is that he was unafraid to go against the grain of the /pol/ zeitgeist in the earlier days of anti-SJW counterculture and he would sling shit at degeneracy and hypocrisy he saw within the movement. I think he leaned too far into that idea, though, and came out on the other side shitting on the entire White Race. It's up to you how much you want to believe that he is genuine in what he says, I think some of it is just for shock value and contrarianism, but a lot of it does reflect his true opinions.
I think he's an interesting enough character, but I don't necessarily see him as a lolcow. I think it's more that he's a guy with deep moral and religious convictions who got really really fucked up about degenerate shit he found on Tumblr and it drove him insane.

Keep in mind, he appears to have lived in California from the Obama years through Covid. That'd be enough to drive anyone with strong convictions contrary to the state to the edge. Like most others in the thread, I have fond memories of CFR and Tumblrists back in the day. His rivalry with TRS was incredible, and he was right about everything he said about them. It is sad to see him go off of the deep end into flat earth, germ theory, etc.

This appears to be true and it grieves me. CF and I had a few exchanges on social media over the years and he was always friendly and kind. A recovering drunk myself, it hits particularly hard when someone I know even remotely, tangentially dies from alcoholism. It's always a hard death. My heart goes out to his family, his mother especially.

Funny how you don't regret talking to someone until they're gone. Never met the guy in person, but I talked with him a lot through Facebook about a decade ago back when he ran Full house memes 2, before he got banned off of everything. He was always very friendly and well-meaning in our conversations. I truly think obsessing over political and social issues is a one-way ticket to madness.

I was on his small personal Telegram server where he was fairly actively posting for years. It was suddenly deleted mid October for no reason and it's definitely not because of the platform's moderation. I believe this news is real and he really did pass away around that time. RIP to a real one.

I must've met him in the same way since I was also in the meme page circles; super nice guy. I mentioned I did music and he asked if he could use my stuff in his videos. He took more of a hard-line stance than I would have but I recognized he was building a brand and I always hoped he would find success. Rest in peace man.

Common Filth never really recovered from Tumblristas, he experienced so much fucked up shit that it mentality and physically broke him. I hope he's at peace now, wherever he may be.

I was pretty young when I found CF through the vine compilations he used to make. Thought his channel would be your standard cringe compilation stuff but those tumblr episodes were sort of the first time I really looked at the abyss. He definitely did some cringe stuff but I probably wouldnt have as clear an understanding of the world without him. Rest in peace

Truly did not anticipate this. I’ve been following this guy for almost a decade, first through Tumblristas, and ended up in his Telegram server around the time of the Titan fiasco.
I interacted with him a couple times and his demeanor, at least with his online following, was always fraternal, but looking back he did let slip a deep despondence and frustration. He answered a question of mine in the early CFR days, and my shitposts are in a couple of the newer eps. We talked the Bible here and there. This all sounds very gay but his content did play a part in informing my worldview, even the later schizo shit.
It’s all over now. End of an era. Fuck alcohol and fuck Luciferians. May he rest in peace, and may we all thank God we have our assurance that he is with the Lord.

Literally me. Was a generic atheist libertarian until CF's content showed me why you can't just let people do what they want. Started listening to his podcast pretty early on. Also around the time I was first exposed to KingCobraJFS. This year has not been kind to my particular foundational Internet influences. Fuck alcoholism, toobs.
