I haven't posted about him until now because of that very reason. I don't fish around for content on his timeline, instead I let the CG spergs do it for me.

Funny enough, exactly what I thought happened has happened- Antarctic buckled and once they show weakness, everything comes crumbling down at the hands of those who bark "progress", "equality", and "social values". They gave the inch, now everyone wants the mile. Well, everyone being our friendly, tolerant left field friends.
Now they're trying the same thing on some random publisher- but not just any publisher. The one that's PAYING THEM.
There people are fucking mental. They really don't get it. They don't get that shouting and virtue signaling mean nothing.
Maybe in the eyes of Tumblr and Twitter, but to the public at large, they just see a bunch of loud losers yelling at some company for no real good reason.
And worse is their idea of "diversity" and D&C supposed "bigotry" and "hatred". I see none of it. What they really don't want is criticism. They want the masses to lap up their ideology, their ideas, in every format possible. To accept that their "glorious progress" is the way society must head or face... something?
That something is where criticism comes in.
Society was doing fine before these idiots showed up- race relations were getting better, equality in genders is much better than it was only 20 years ago, and minorities have all the same rights the majority does. These people see all that and go:
"That's not enough! I have to show my effort in all this! I have to find racism, sexism, and inequality! I must inject politics into everything!"
And now we're here- morons shouting into empty space with regular people looking on wondering what the fuck are they doing. Because they screamed so much, their audience had walked away, having stopped caring not to long ago. And it won't be too long until that same former audience that stopped giving a fuck, started pushing back. Then they have no way out.
Until that day, #Comicsgate is just another symptom of their disease that I'm forced to watch and sigh at as the exceptional keep going. Only, I get to laugh unlike them.

Speaking of cringeworthy Muslim Comic Pro's, It looks like G Willow Wilson might be done at Marvel. So far I haven't see anyone else report on this so I am not sure just how accurate it is. Ms. Marvel has been selling below 13,000 books lately. (For all I know she may be following Coates as the next Captain America writer...)

The irony is Willow wrote the most acceptable Kamala. Everyone mentions how she was a different character in books like Champions where they couldn't resist making her "angry hip brown girl" which is a complete 180 from what she's supposed to be.
Going to be interesting to see how things work out whenever the baton is passed.

I am very sure that ~13,000 sales is relatively respectable in SIW-Marvel, they kept fucking America, which sold less than 6,000 copies.
This is a very surprising move to me, considering that AFAIK, she wasn't as rabid about #Comicsgate as someone like Mark Waid or even Saladin Ahmed. Not to mention that Ms. Marvel is seemingly set to have some degree of importance in the cinematic universe as well, and you'd expect Marvel Entertainment to have her keep writing her creation to generate material that Marvel Studios get to use later on..

I hope this doesn't wipe out Antarctic Press. They published a lot of sub par books, but they've also been at it for decades, and don't deserve to get ruined by a bunch of literally whos on Twitter.

Or facing with muslims in her community being swayed by ISIS rejects into extremist acts. But that would be too heavy handed, but Trump parallels with Nazi death camps are totally fine though. That's more reflective of the real world totally.

I've seen similar wasted opportunity before with BioWare & Star Wars. The Star wars Online: Old Republic MMO should have been a cash cow for over a decade for BioWare Austin, and they've basically left the game in maintenance mode. The content patches and expansions are dreadfully far apart, but for a series that is finally getting yearly cinematic releases under The Mouse, there's ZERO cross promotion between the products. The MMO sells loot boxes but had no official tie-in gear other than a vaguely similar saber to Kylo Ren's, the movies neglected to advertise the MMO, and the game did nothing to promote the movies, no tie-in event or holiday or even turning on double XP. Just shameful. People see lightsaber movies, people would sign up for a game to swing around lightsabers at each other, but nope, fuck making money.

Marvel Studios seems to pretty well (and quite justifiably) ignore anything from Marvel Entertainment that is less than 10-12 years old at a minimum. Feige gives lip service when asked direct accusatory questions about the SZjW Marvel characters of the modern era. But there seem to be no actual attempts to use them in any way beyond some real deep Easter eggs. They gave us oblique references to Miles Morales and Amadeus “Gogurt Hulk” Cho. I actually figure Ms. Marvel Kamala Khan has the best chance to make it to screen, just because she actually usn’t A bad character if you put a capable writer behind her. But if we see her it will almost certainly be as a quirky comedy relief role in somebody else’s movie. I’m a huge fan of when ?Marvel takes obscure and unusual properties and makes great movies out of them Guardians and Ant-Man for example. But really the best they can do with Kamala is somebody else’s annoying sidekick.
This is true. Comichron is best used to compare relative success compared to other titles. Not so much for actual sales to consumers.

They also completely remade Mr Freeze's origin. He originally was just a Diamond thief with an ice gun.

Gay has been done, lesbian blond friend. Of course they went with the "there are no muslims who hate the gays" route. They kinda put Kamala against non-descriptive fundamentalists but it was treated more like it was just your garden variety patriarchy.

Only snag with Ms. Marvel reaching the silver screen is that, because she debuted when Perlmutter was trying to kill off the X-Men, her origin is very heavily tied into the Inhumans, and after that proved to be a massive bomb i doubt the Marvel film division is that keen to return to that.
Granted since the extremely poor reception to the comic Inhuman promotion Ms. Marvel has since worked to distance themselves from inhumans like a fox gnawing off its own leg to escape a bear trap, so if she ever does make the transition she'll probably go through so much tweaking she will have little in common with her comic counterpart.

The InHumans (outside of A handful of characters) are a failed franchise. The comics don’t sell, no one liked the tv show and no one talks about them. It’s a dead franchise, even the MCU couldn’t bring life to that corpse.

But the MCU origin is not tied to the Inhumans. She could be someone close by when some event in Avengers 4 happens. Maybe an Infinity Stone explodes and she gets caught in the cosmic energies ala Fantastis Four.
The Inhuman's were never going to work. They were created to be a neutral or sympathetic antagonist for the FF. They are like a Star Trek Planet/Society of the week. They only work or make sense of you don't spend much time with them. And that's fine. They were only ever supposed to be guest stars. The viewer can't be allowed to think to deeply on them. They are cliched with recycled cookie cutter ideas and archtypes or caricatures instead of characters. The Inhumans were created to be a problem for the Fantastic Four to solve. And they don't work well for long outside of that role. But Perlmutter could never understand that.

It's certainly not from a lack of trying. On top of the failed pilot, there was the attempt to establish the inhumans in Agents of Shield, the Inhumans movie staying in the future movie roster until Perlmutter finally had his ability to have a say in film plans revoked, and the inclusion of them - as well as Ms. Marvel - in the Disney cartoons that were specifically created to keep kids hyped for the film franchise.
Like I said, even if they decide to include her while discarding the Inhumans, her origin and a lot of her stories are so closely tied to them that odds are she'll practically be a new character of she's brought into the films.
