He's been in enough fights to have brain damage, in fact one of the many excuses he's given for his constant coughing is damage from one of the fights he'd been in. However, given he was getting into fights for all these years, I feel his horrible personality isn't due to brain damage unless he has fetal alcohol syndrome or something.
