I don't think that's her (I thought so at first too), Emo Cutter Girl never cuts near that tattoo and coldnessinmyheart doesn't seem to have it. Also, very different facial structures, ECG is gaunt with protuding jawline/cheekbones while CimH has a fleshier face.
