The detectives have dealt with it all sure but depending on how old and out of the loop they are they won't make heads or tails of a good chunk of stuff Chris will go on about like hyperdimenson neptunia or MLP they may only remembeold school sonic and pokemon from their own childhoods if at all.

I see you retards asking about trial every page and a half i'm not american but even I grasp the fucking basics of the American courts system. Chris is not getting a fucking Law & Order SVU special, Johnnie Cochran is not going to make some incredibly quotable quip for the defense.

He's going to show his troon ass up for plea bargaining and thats about it.

His nonsense could definitely muddy the waters, but all they got to get out of him is: “my elderly mother is my girlfriend and every three days I have sex with her”. The rest is just shit to laugh about over drinks later.

Nah, see the great thing about Chris is you just don’t fucking know what he’ll do next. He’s a true wildcard. I’ve been here 6 years, the past 2 of which have been a real fucking snoozefest with Chris.. but I’ve kept up because one random Tuesday you log in to find out he was arrested for friggin incest over the weekend. Yeah it’s likely he’ll plea out to psyche care, but there’s always a chance he’ll fight it. We follow these cows because they don’t do the logical option.
 
There are lots of people in prison who would make Chris look sane by comparison. He's not going to get institutionalized just because he has autism and a tenuous grasp on reality.

I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but the defendant has to actually accept a plea bargain for there to be a plea bargain. The conversation was based on the (entirely realistic) possibility that he decides not to accept a plea deal. Pretty much everyone agrees he will be offered a plea deal, and that he should accept it, but if Chris did only things that were logical and beneficial to himself we wouldn't be here.

Precisely my point. People underestimate just how rare it is for a case to go to trial. I blame to catch a mockingbird and 12 angry men for starting a trend in media of glamorizing trial processes.

I had seen a mention somewhere that Greene County will typically do arraignments on Wednesday/Thursdays, so we should expect him to get arraigned either sometime today or tomorrow I would imagine.

I don't think there is a legal situation for her.

While posting Loli/shota is illegal it basically never gets prosecuted because we don't have time or resources.

She didn't withhold anything. She wasn't subpoenaed, she's not a mandatory reporter as far as I can tell - being a shitty person and not reporting someone isn't illegal except in certain specific circumstances.

Attempted doxxing is dumb, and having fake IDs while also dumb is something a lot of college kids do.

I know it's not what anybody wants to hear but I promise you the State doesn't give a shit about her in a criminal charges sense. We've already got more real criminals than we can deal with, stupid internet kiddies and morally shitty people aren't making the radar.

Well, if they’d hurry up and arraign him, we could get to that step. They’ve had half a week to do so. The fact they haven’t tells me that there really are additional charges pending. Otherwise they’d have just had him arraigned on that one Incest charge by now and moved on
