The Chris and IQ debate is something that I honestly think doesn't really need much examination, based on the fact that he is cognitive enough to express basic ideas, along with solve basic problems. He does have a associates degree, despite how long it took him to complete, and he does have high school under his belt. He has been under the microscope for well over a decade and the fact his God complex has developed in such a dangerous manner demonstrates that he is totally aware of what he is doing, but cannot articulate the end path. Which in his early diagnosis essentially states this, so his analytical reasoning is totally off the mark. Realistically it is a perfect storm of bad disorders rolled into one.

This could of been probably prevented if he ended up getting more professional help in his younger years in being able to deal with his disorder. Barbara also did have negative influence over Chris and always cottled his bad traits. Not that she deserved what happened to her in her far gone state, quite the contrary. Though he did have an incredibly abnormal relationship with his mother.

When I delved into the abyss known as the orbiters of current year, in all reality these are the exact people Null warned Chris about. I'm not going to deem Chris action against his mother insoluble because of this, rather it is a large reoccuring pattern when we delve into yester year Chris. He ends up latching onto terrible people, that because that seems to be his only form of IRL interaction beyond his mother at current year. These already dangerous ideas post Idea Saga, became more and more accepted. Chris is not the devil, but the product of the failure of proper adult supervision online based on his disability. It's a tragic state of affairs but totally avoidable. All he had to do was get off the internet and work on his comic books and drawings. Despite his art being goofy and ridiculous, it was the only thing he had that had some degree of familiarity to him. Maybe while incarcerated he can get back in touch with that part of himself and just express himself in that manner away from the internet.

The only good thing to come out of this is that he can now beyond a doubt stay off the fucking internet and hopefully the state can provide him the proper tools he needs to better reintegrate into society. Alogs and weens deserve the wall.

IQ Doesn't mean shit as a serious estimation of someones potential, It's an outdated and very literal representation of a persons Intellect that can easily be redone with the proper planning, pattern recognising, and work put in, What’s far more important than IQ is emotional intelligence, mental dexterity, and maturity to handle day to day situations that easily surpass IQ as any meaningful metric of intellect. Chris obviously has Virtually no meaningful experience in any of these facets, and while I can give him the benefit of the doubt that he does have serious screws loose and some unspecified mental illnesses to make him a literal mother raper, he still is mentally sound to know what he did was wrong, and went through with the act with no remorse. He is entirely accountable for these actions go some degree. Hope he gets serious prison time of a few years this time I’m so fucking sick of Chris getting away with things In general. He needs a boot up the arse in the direction of reality and prison will provide him with that.

Chris's ego would never allow for him to plead guilty. Chances are he'll attempt to play Goddess in the courtroom and attempt to sentence everyone there, right before the cops bless him with their sacred batons over and over and over until he shuts up.

If they notice Ethan in the audience and decide to bonk him repeatedly too, I'd probably die of laughter.

I wouldn't say that IQ doesn't mean anything when it comes to estimating someone's potential necessarily, but Chris finishing HS/Getting a GED and then going on to get an Associate's Degree doesn't really mean much other than that just about anybody willing to put in the effort can do those things now. A better estimation of Chris' ability to be a functional adult would be him holding a steady job or getting a steady stream of revenue by selling his art or whatever online. That he hasn't done that and likely doesn't understand the importance of that is proof to me that his brain isn't working right.
 
I just find it both amusing and disturbing as fuck that everyone's discussing Chris's sudden sexual potency with his MOTHER when it really wasn't that fucking long ago we all were certain Chris had rendered himself impotent with titty skittles and bad diet, exemplified by his inability to raise the hint of a hard-on during the 'all-star' video extravaganza and decision to 'marry' fictional characters he'd never have to actually have sex with in reality.

How little we really actually knew Chris-Chan dispite him being 'the most documented person online'. There was a surprising amount about his real self he managed to hide for a long-ass time.

I suppose our saving grace is his inability to keep holding onto things forever no matter how much he really fucking should (DIRTY, CRAPPED BRIEFS!) but especially those that he is proud of. ("That's not Crystal, that's Megan!" and of course, "Barb and I had another romp in the hay.")

I don't think it's necessarily that he hid it, but those at the "top" of the autistic documentation really have done a lot to protect him from consequences and trolls. That quote on the CWCki about how he'd never rape anyone for instance, that kind of thing leads people to creating a fictional version of him when I truly think the writing has always been on the wall, but overlooked. I don't think as many people would have paid attention had they admitted to themselves that his behavior was just sex pest shit, it would take the fun and seeming innocence out of the whole ordeal. Hell, most of us have a line somewhere where we all went "that's too far" because like it or not, there's some level of strange emotional connection to the whole story and person simply because of the insanely long running Internet history. The falsified innocence has finally been dispelled to a point no one is capable of ignoring it now, but it's always been just under the surface of a huge portion of his actions, going back to the very beginning.

Where I can see the prosecution being interested in hearing from her would be to build a clearer timeline of when Chris was committing incest. If anything, it would help to establish that he really was boofing Barb and how often. It's not so much a case of this needing to happen as it is something that would nicely cement his guilt before the court.

If it resulted in Titsy McShitbag's arrest and separate conviction, that would be a plus. Not holding my breath on that one, though.

While I mostly agree with what you're saying, here's the problem: you can't call the cops and say, "hey, this fat sperg is gonna rape someone one day. You might want to do something about that before he forcibly fucks his pets, or his mom, or some random woman in a mall restroom."

I'd honestly be surprised if anyone familiar with his behavior didn't see the potential being there for him to commit some form of sex crime.

Yeah, I don't think anyone should have done something to prevent it, I just mean that too many people closed their eyes to the reality of his behaviors and saw them as silly rather than truly disgusting. He was given a billion passes, and far too many people actually did deny this being possible.

Also there is some grey area in rape situations even with Chris case over here and now with woke feminists in charge making clown world definitions of rape that change any day its become muddy.

And that's important. We all think that Barb has dementia, but we don't *know*. There's all sorts of cases where we can have arguments about the individual aspects.

- Should people with dementia just be forced to be celibate for the rest of their lives? Even if it's a couple that's been married for 50 years? Is two people with dementia fucking somehow ok? If just one person in the couple gets dementia do both now have to be celibate for the rest of their lives?
- Is non-fertile incest illegal only because it's fucking disgusting? Can we ban things just because they're disgusting?
- The weird clown world rule of consent where it's still rape if you ever said no, even if you changed your mind a few minutes later and said yes, but then can retroactively go back and say that you were "pressured to change your mind therefore the first no still stands". At the same time though I have to question about Barb's level of consent. Even if she's a bit out of it, if she genuinely was okay with it I think -- as sick as it is -- it's worth raising the question if it was truly something that should be illegal in the same way that people who are into shitplay should or should not be prosecuted.

I want Chris to be in a facility for a long time, but I have a deeply-ingrained aversion to prosecuting people just for being degenerates. This hinges on whether or not Barb has dementia, how big of a factor that should be, and how much Barb's desires came into play here. I'm still struck by all the times Barb begged/demanded Chris come into her bed in that really creepy tone. (Remember back when we were worried that Barb really would make the first move and try to manipulate CHRIS into incest?)

Of course, incest is flat out illegal in Virginia regardless of philosophical discussions. I just think there *may* be more culpability on Barb's end than we're assuming.

1.) Apples and oranges. A couple married for a half a century is a little different than some creeper taking advantage of someone who has no idea where they are or who they are. It's not that demented people can never have sex, it's more about the unique situation of a tard taking advantage of his mother's senility for sex.

2.) "Can we ban things because they are disgusting?" In this case I hope fucking so. We shouldn't need to ban it, because one would hope people aren't that perverted, but here we are.

3.) I'm not getting into this one, because the legal definition of rape is beyond my legal expertise. I'm just going to say, your example of revoked consent probably has no similarity to what transpired with Chris, I'm guessing.

Overall, I don't think Barb ever gave consent. The infamous livestream where she was revolted by Chris' hug comes to mind.

That's the "If you express any doubts, maybe it's because you're in favor of it!" argument that SJWs use to shut people down.

While there are no doubt a few degenerates who find the thought of Chris fucking Barb was the hottest thing ever (something is everyone's fetish). I imagine 99.99% at minimum of people here felt at least somewhat ill when we found out. This is just more the Gadsen Flag tardness in me coming out.

In terms of freeing Chris, I do think Chris should be locked up somewhere for a significant period of time. For his own good. Not for punishment/retribution/divine judgement, but because he is clearly not a functioning human being and needs fixing and, failing that, compassionate containment. We all know that without intervention, things are only going to get worse.

I don't want to see Chris turned into a retarded animu coomer version of Terrence.
 
I wonder if he will have lost weight at his next appearance, from STRESS and not being able to shovel McDonald's and Sheetz hotdogs into his maw at his every whim.
