He was thinking about getting the bent duck finally removed but he didn't have the money and he didn't trust anyone in the ruckersville area to do it so he quitely pushed that to the back burner. Bet he wished he'd done it now.

Apparently Judge Barredo is the one who decides who gets it. And he has the option of just keeping it for himself. I can see his Mental Math struggling between “this one will need a firm hand(keep it himself) or “Wow this looks annoying. Which of the other Judges has Really pissed me off lately?”

Then Chris will be found guilty. The VA insect statute does not take into account consent. If you have sex, and are prohibited from marrying the other person due to a blood relationship, it is incest regardless of consent.
