of course all this depends on the evidence provided. If they found evidence in/on barb, written or filmed records on his computer, if barb is found well enough and says it was consensual or her doing to spare her precious child incarceration, and if he is framed as mentally unwell ( which he has already doing a pretty good job at).

surely the question would be "capacity". it's right for prosecution to proceed regardless of the victim's preference if for whatever reason they are impeded from either recognising or admitting that a crime has taken place. e.g. domestic abuse, dementia ridden old ladies.

also public safety - if someone has clearly committed a violent or sexual offence even if the victim doesn't recognise the crime lock the perpetrator up and give them some therapy etc.

That's his first instinct when cornered into a confrontation. If they put him in a room with a moderately attractive female detective who says she thinks it's sexy that he romanced and tended to Barb's feminine needs so thoroughly he will tell her literally everything in gory detail.

That depends on whether the State can prove it occurred 17 times. Knowing how dirty Chris is, and how he never wastes a load, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that all of those condoms that Chris said he used are still laying around somewhere at 14BC. They could add a count for each one.

I'm not sure...I've seen cases where people have victimized children over several years but I can't think of a case where they were charged for every individual occurrence, though I guess you *could* do that.
 
If Chris gets sent to female prison, hopefully he manages to harass and rape as many women as he can. Fuck those safe spaces.

In case he goes to guy prison, the inmates will buck break him and he will become even gayer.

This is win win.

Very optimistic, and I hope it pays off. But most sexual predators go after those who are too weak to fight back and who are less likely to report them like children, the elderly or disabled, or people impaired by substances and so on. If Chris gets put into a facility with women where he decides to get rapey, he'll absolutely be looking for the weakest among them to victimize.

All of this is truly vile.
 
I keep seeing a lot of comments that Barb still hasn't returned to 14BC. Do we have any definitive proof that she hasn't? Or are people just speculating because we haven't heard anything?

Her being a sexual assault victim might have something to do with why we haven't heard much about her whereabouts. I'm not sure what the confidentiality laws are like in VA for victims.
