Nah thats some norwegian shit. All chris is gonna be playing with is his bent duck
Actually it’s not.
Plenty of countries in Europe where the jails look like Hotels compared to American ones. TV or Playstations in the cells, no fences, etc.

Ah he truly is the alpha tard

Imagine worrying about getting your transformer toys home after sitting in court for raping your mother. Did he start sniffing glue or something? his brain seems so be even more absent these days
Nah he's always been this retarded. Remember when he expected to get his PSN account back after choosing Julie over it?

Either option is depressing. but I feel that in the end that being institutionalized in the end would be much better for him. Either one he really has no freedom, but with him being institutionalized he can get some therapy and treatment that he has been needing for the last few years.
If he's lucky he could have sympathetic nurses and regular meetings with a doctor to check in on him...

Norwegian prison is worse than an average American prison you sperg they burn themselves to death there.
That is an interesting video from Varg. I'm quite introverted myself and am used to being alone. One time I was working with a coworker who I had worked with many times before and did my job quietly. After my shift she sent me a series of text messages that you could expect from a jilted girlfriend. She is much more talkative than I am. Thank you for sharing Varg's perspective.

i honeslty think the best well get is the art profile thing they draw during the trial. not even sure why they do that when we have cameras.
  • Electronic media coverage of criminal proceedings in federal courts has been expressly prohibited under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 53 since the criminal rules were adopted in 1946. Rule 53 states: "[e]xcept as otherwise provided by a statute or these rules, the court must not permit the taking of photographs in the courtroom during judicial proceedings or the broadcasting of judicial proceedings from the courtroom."

Fellow lawfags, a moment of silence for David Heilberg, please.

Whenever we internally relive the most soul crushing battles of our professional careers, at least we can say this: we were not required to defend Chris on charges of raping Barb.
Somebody should send him one of those edible bouquets of fruit woth the message, "Sorry u had 2 b a part of Christory"

I don’t know shit about the law, but I’m under the impression the prosecutors usually get a plea deal by threatening to go forward with a felony charge. Then they offer a nice and easy misdemeanor with a reduced sentence if the person is willing to play ball.
I would be VERY surprised if they were that generous. Chris is going to just behave like a toddler and make everyone there uncomfortable, while they reconsider giving him a second chance at all.

I don't think anyone else has ever made quite the accomplishment of being hated by literally every sane person in the universe. You have to be a special breed of spastic to screw yourself (and your mother, lol) this fucking hard.

Pronouns and toys.

Chris really is the Omega Autist.

If he manages to get the medallion into prison, it'll finally be someone else shoving the medallion up Chris' butt.

He's facing state charges in state court, not federal.

I don't think a plea deal is on the table. A plea deal is often used when there is great uncertainty about the outcome,
such as when the prosecutor knows the evidence is weak and it could go either way. That is when a plea deal is offered.

If the prosecutor is convinced he has enough evidence to get a conviction, there will not be a plea deal.
If the defendant is convinced he he has enough evidence to be aquitted, he will not accept a plea deal.

In this case I think the prosecutor has enough to be convinced he has a solid slam dunk conviction on his hand. So, no offer of a plea deal.

I'm seriously holding out hope that most if not all CWC originals aren't lost forever. Hopefully the people in charge of 14 BC and all the stuff inside know it's value and auction it off. If it's not stolen beforehand, that is.
