What will the reaction be for his Lego Trump assassination video? Will that paint him in a worse light or will that bring him closer to an insanity plea

After a while I also think his mannerisms and behaviour may change in exposure to the prison environment, and he’ll come up with new ‘CWCisms’ and whatnot as a result of that. Of course that doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll learn anything valuable, just to clarify.

It's another amusing aspect of this because he promised he would the day of Chris's arrest and couldn't even do that much. He's a completely useless alcoholic, so I'm not surprised.
 
Va. Code § 17.1-208 provides that, with certain exceptions, any records or papers of any court that are maintained by the clerk “shall be open to inspection by any person.” The Supreme Court of Virginia has interpreted this provision to create “a statutory presumption of openness to the public.” Perreault v. The Free Lance Star, 666 S.E.2d 352, 358 (2008). However, your right of access is not absolute, and a court may seal records under certain circumstances.

If you are interested in obtaining court records, you should go to the courthouse where the case is taking place and request the records in writing from the clerk of the court (there will usually be a request form).

We can get transcripts and video (if any of his events are recorded; I doubt this one was) but it would likely require someone to go to the physical courtroom and make copies.

Barb was also 40 at the time. Between the two of them it's no wonder Chris is such a sped. But I think Barb had the biggest effect because Cole is a mess too, while Bob's children aside from Chris seemed to do very well.

All Chris had to do was shut the fuck up and his attorney may have been able to swing a bond for him. Maybe a high one, with requirements he’d never successfully meet, but - and sorry for the PL- when I did my internship at a jail here in Chicago, the most hopeless inmates were the ones without a bond, or held on a parole hold, because they had no end in sight. It’s frightening how different people act when they have nothing to lose.

Even a 20k to walk, nowhere near family, ankle bracelet, etc. bond would be preferable because you have that beacon of light at the end of the tunnel: a goal to strive for.

Instead, Chris has “well, your next court date is in six weeks, you can discuss that with my paralegal - I’ll talk to you five minutes before hearing time, sir.”
 
I think the funniest possible outcome of 2021 is Chris-Chan causing women to hit Peak Trans. Having an autism and testosterone fueled tantrum in the courtroom and demanding to be called a woman on live television would be comical and cause a lot of trouble for the tranny cult.

I don't think it ever will. Chris actually can tell right from wrong, and he knows what he did was wrong. But he's too used to getting away with shit. He's already tried to pull the pronoun card, the autism card, the "I'm famous" card, and the feeling unsafe card. He will never learn.
 
It's clear that in this moment his delusion has been broken.
Before he was smiling because he thought it would be just like the other times he was arrested.
He thought he would go in front of the judge and be able to go home with his mother and everything would be okay.
This is the first time I believe his delusion has been broken
