Barb and Chris will most likely be given an opportunity to send someone in to gather a few personal items- photographs, family stuff, etc. But since Chris's lawyer will be doing that for him, Chris's list of items to retrieve will be very small. After that, the contents of the house will probably be sold to a salvage company, kind of like people who buy storage lockers. Once the house is clear, there will be an auction for the property itself. It will all happen pretty quickly over the period of two or three weeks.

The court mentioned additional charges pending, and it will be interesting to see what they are:

*Him pilfering Barb's bank account is another possible felony

*If they add elderly abuse, rape or sexual assault charges onto the incest charges, he'll be in deep shit.

*Not to mention, he could face multiple incest or sexual assault charges for each individual "romp" with Barb, which would have been up to 10 separate incidents based on the timeframe he admitted to.

I doubt they'll find much worth anything. It's more likely to be worth less than the cost of hauling it off by one of those companies that clean up hoarder dens. People don't really like buying stuff covered in months-old animal urine and feces.

What are the odds of ween having pilfered the house and trying to auction the toys off on eBay? People might buy the junk as collector's items simply because of Chris Chan's notoriety.

A retard. Squatters aren't also particularly picky about their hygiene. It's likely something will happen to the house as it sits empty. At the very least, some sped will steal shit from the house.
