It's actually hard to dox people on license plates in the Philippines. Here's why:
The Philippines doesn't have a thing called vehicle registration. It's a loose system that requires you to pay a one time fee of a measly 450 pesos, where it identifies that you can drive a vehicle. They change up the plates to determine what kind of vehicle it is (motorcycle/bike/truck, etc.), but it's not really traceable. It's more of a formality. What you really need is some sort of ID and and ton of cash to purchase a vehicle with no questions asked. Since his family looks well enough to own several vehicles, they could have easily bought it the same way. My aunt, who's a serious pawnbroker, makes mad cash and does this frequently.
Anyways, dropping dox seems kind of stupid. What's a ween going to do with this awkward kid when he embarasses himself already?
