It's actually hard to dox people on license plates in the Philippines. Here's why:

The Philippines doesn't have a thing called vehicle registration. It's a loose system that requires you to pay a one time fee of a measly 450 pesos, where it identifies that you can drive a vehicle. They change up the plates to determine what kind of vehicle it is (motorcycle/bike/truck, etc.), but it's not really traceable. It's more of a formality. What you really need is some sort of ID and and ton of cash to purchase a vehicle with no questions asked. Since his family looks well enough to own several vehicles, they could have easily bought it the same way. My aunt, who's a serious pawnbroker, makes mad cash and does this frequently.

Anyways, dropping dox seems kind of stupid. What's a ween going to do with this awkward kid when he embarasses himself already?

Braces are usually made from Stainless Steel, so if he throws up due to ingesting this shit it could cause some damage (Hydrochloric acid).

My friend and I have this fun game we play. Queue up any Cherokee video and pause it. Then jump to any random point on the timeline and see if you can get a pic of his face looking normal. The results are comedy gold.
