I've been daily driving an H3 for thirteen years.

GM fucked up by bringing the brand back as an electric halo car and not as a midrange priced competitor to the Wrangler and new Bronco.
I heard the plastic facia on the H3 does really poorly after a few years of sun. Like it gets incredibly brittle and can snap off in chunks with very little effort. Any truth to that?

Aside the lady, tear drop pre war cars are god send sex.

Finally took my honda out, for just a quick run to grab some food, fuck man I'll NEVER tire of this car.
Speaking of prewar, I recently found this rebirth/continuation video of a 100% authentic British car brand called Alvis down to the engines, that restarted production.

I kind of want to go to a car show this year. Anyone ever been to a radwood show? Those look like a lot of fun.

Anyone want to write me a few paragraphs on why diesel emission systems are anti consumer and actually worse for the environment? I absolutely hate them

Your local cars and coffees are always good fun. Early mornings tend to weed out the miscreants.

Hillary Clinton being escorted from a Lincoln MKS. Thanks @Uber driver reviewer.

Yeah but you can't toss around a tesla, or really an electric car, the way you can a Miata or a 911, mostly because the battery is essentially a half ton anchor. Even the GT500 is more agile.
I have a model 3

They can definitely be tossed around. Especially when compared to anything weighing about the same. The battery makes the CoG very low. They were designed by car guys that prioritize steering feel and quick handling. Look at their suspension setup. That’s not for economy or ride quality

It also runs deep into the 11’s. Not bad

So this week I'll post when I go but my friend is hosted at a museum, A car is cool AF B I helped restore it. C. I might not post it because even black out his name is easy dox to anyone at the show.

But long story short friends car I helped restore is on the fucking floor for a car museum.

Also I might buy a SC300 <_<

Picked up a new spring and summer project. Guy had a 1968 Beetle sitting at around 80 percent restoration. New floor pans, new suspension, rebuilt 1600 engine, repainted body and chassis with peripheral body parts prepped and primered, and completely rewired. Showed up, and he had a second rolling donor beetle he was going to start pulling parts off. 3k if I could haul away everything on Saturday.

Congrats and enjoy.

I'm almost done working with my buddy we have a fucking 12a rotary on his beetle. I was in love working on the car it's cake and fun plus I love the old Herbie movies, so soft spot.

Also this fall, the SC300 will be here (long story I'll spare) I already bought adapter and will put my spare TH350 on it.

I’m psyched to work on it. I’ve wanted one since I was a kid, riding around with my father in his commuter. I’m keeping it pretty much stock, with the exception of some interior trim and a couple little addons like a dome light, oil filter, and upgraded speakers.

It’s amazing how well engineered it is in regards to the end user. Everything is accessible and designed to be easily maintained, repaired, or replaced.

Wish newer cars were engineered with that in mind. I had to adjust the clutch pedal in my Frontier today, and it took four tools, a flashlight, and shoulders that are six inches narrower.
