Don’t need to change the definition when growth keeps increasing from shoving more and more Jeets into our real estate bubble and signing them up for small business loans at the. Big 5 Banks and Big 3 Telecom (since Jeets all get the most expensive phone plans so they can talk (scam) on the phone 24/7.

Not to mention loblaws having an ever increasing customer base and now having a ton of Jeet specific products and disgusting Jeet flavours of Lays potato chips

I agree with the hoyas on one thing: the Canadian government is illegitimate by every possible metric. If the Canadian government ever tried to "expropriate" my home because a chug wanted it, I'd just shoot anyone who tried to remove me from my home until I was dead. Thankfully, that will never happen. It's a slippery slope, but we're at the bottom. Since this will never happen, it is not a legally actionable threat. :)

Anyway, there's no reservations in Newfoundland & Labrador, and there's a reason for that. It can be made so in the rest of the country.

I'm actually seeing the opposite locally. Zoning & city planning was always corrupt & shitty, but now any reasonable community critique of the most craven, corrupt developer proposals gets immediately steamrolled by chanting of "tHeRe Is A hOuSiNg CrIsIs!?!?" without any acknowledgement of the thousands of jeets pouring in.

There's also way too much enthusiasm for yet another shitty jeet-owned-&-staffed chain restaurant coming to town.

Of course, there's such a paucity of local news sources that my filter is mostly lurking reddit & the local commie community newspaper.
 
This may be wrong, but Africans and East-Asians seem to stop shitting in the street and on the beaches when they come to western countries with plumbing. Why do Indians insist on continuing to do so?
Is it actually a source of Indian pride to publicly defecate?

I believe it was Burlington that protested another value village being built in an upper middle class neighbourhood which is insane.

I've heard of protesting the building of no frills and food basics as well because it attracts the poor.

How are you going to protest No Frills? I can get Burrata cheese there for five dollars cheaper than Zehrs. Morons.

Well, the immigrants coming in will vote the way TPTB want them to because they're dependent on the state, certainly. But political parties are long-lived, and they are definitely thinking that far ahead. They are fucked (politically and maybe otherwise) if they can't keep paying for entitlements, and they know it.

Culture + lack of shame + low-trust society. Sort of like the old (if not completely dead) trope of Chinese tourists allowing their kids to piss in public spaces.

"Why worry the waves will carry it away" might have worked with one person, but breaks down quickly when it encounters hundreds if not thousands of beach crappers.

Perhaps in the past a stern warning and even a fine from a beach patrol might have eventually instilled proper practices in newcomers, but current forces work against assimilation (endless FOB immigrants reinforcing the culture + the ten-hour Whatsapp call preventing assimilation), and law enforcement is completely neutered at the moment for fears of 'raycism'.

r/Canada is filled with the most retarded reactionary people I've ever seen on Reddit. I used the subreddit occasionally for news before finding this thread because it's the first websites that came to mind and I was too lazy to look elsewhere but it was always so frustrating to see. They never keep a common opinion / consensus and just fluctuate back and forth whenever it's convenient for them. One week they were saying the Liberals have failed Canada, then the next they're cheering that they have a Liberal prime minister once more. Everyone's agreeing that we have too many Indians, woops, guess that's racist now again! Completely unreliable source for anything other than general information, but good for a laugh at the very least.

It's too bad the mod for the Canada_sub is such a sperg and keeps closing the more right-leaning alternative because he's obsessed with shadowbanning.

He locked it down right after the election and is still bitching about the Reddit overlords treating him unfairly today. Doesn't look like there's any plans to open it back up.
