We were once respectable and dignified, but a lot of that hinged on our English and French identity. The liberal elite long ago decided to chuck all of that out so we don't offend immigrants.
 
I understand there are a lot of older people posting in this thread, and I think the ones here are alright, but this recent tariff fiasco has stirred up a certain type of whiny boomer Canadian faggots online that I hate with a passion. The type that are shouting about how we MUST buy 100% Canadian products now, this is an insult to democracy, how the US actually kowtows to Big Canadian Cock and Trump and Co. need to know their place.

So many years spent turning Canada into an cultureless, bland third-world halfway-house, and as soon as we're being put in our place with our laziness and downward spiral, suddenly we're a country of uberpatriots. Fucking FAGGOTRY. These whiny fucks are probably crying about this while snowbirding in Florida, egging on a trade war that the people actually milling about in this shithole have to live through instead of them.

We should be taking this situation as an opportunity to self-reflect, to realize that we are in so much deep shit that our best friends down south (whether or not they'd like to admit it) are keeping us at arm's length until we get ourselves in order. I wouldn't give a fuck if Kamala Harris said everything about Canada that Trump is saying, it's objectively correct! Our border security is awful, our army is paltry. We've had this a long time coming, and our collective response is to go, "I know you are, but what am I"? What a joke.

I think these tariffs are retarded, but the US has Canada by the balls and the US, and anybody with a modicum of common sense in Canada would have known this for YEARS.

The Trudeau Liberals, for years and years, have both spat on the United States (like the fucking around with Keystone XL until Biden killed it, even through Trump 45 wanted it) and yet, at the same time, refused any major infrastructure projects that would have allowed Canada to ship energy to Europe, Asia, or anywhere else.

Japan and Europe both have come to Canada wanting Canadian energy exports, and the Trudeau Liberals basically spat at them as well. Trudeau killed projects like Northern Gateway.

A large number of leftie Canadians have claimed to have wanted to be less dependent on the United States, yet are wholly against any major infrastructure project that would make us less dependent on the US. Because Native feelings or muh environment or whatever. So now Canada is fucked, and it'll have to bend the knee, but now we'll see if the Liberals will be the ones to force to bend, or if the Liberal/NDP will make the CPC do it after they win the next election, and thus killing any lasting CPC government.

so, help me understand this. What exactly will these tariffs affect? The speech mentioned fucking bourbon and orange juice???? Somehow I bet even things manufactured here will raise in price, which isn't much however if you go to the store hardly fucking anything is made in the USA? Canada barely has any retailers that stock domestic product and we have been loosing all jobs to jeets in the past decade. Despite being an oil producing country I bet the price of gas will shoot up to $2/L because why not.

This is an unprecedented situation and I am not downplaying being afraid about it, but it is not in America's interest to invade Canada, we would sooner just make all industry self-sufficient and close the border to leave Canada to fend for themselves. It's hard enough getting Americans to support the idea of an invasion into Mexico where there actually are paramilitary, terroristic narco cartels slaughtering people and controlling the government and making raids into our lands, and this is with the support of the people and local governments along the southern border, which the north would likely not have, so the only way America would favor invading Canada is if we had to deal with mass invaders from Brampton.

For fucks sake. Trump won't take Canada, he will take Alberta, and likely Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Their lower populations make them easier to police and control, and they have natural barriers isolating them from BC and Ontario. Take those three, then you only need to secure like 5 mountain passes and the Ontario/Quebec border. B.C. is Washington's problem. BC and Ontario are a rat's nest of nastiness, but the prairie provinces are basically raw untapped resources. And if you take them then taking the territories becomes easy, then you control the nothern passage.


Granted if reality worked the way I hope it would then by now i'd have won the lottery and gained a magical skill that gives me a game character editor ability for reality, with all the mods.

Strategically, it's best to just take everything west of Ontario. British Columbia stands between Alaska and Washington state right now. There are a lot of forestry resources in British Columbia along with minerals in the Yukon. It doesn't really matter if he fucks around with the far northern territories. Securing the rockies is the main objective aside from the prairie provinces. Deport all the jeets and chinks to Ontario as you sweep in to make matters simple.

Despite how faggy and CCP-infested vancouver is, it's still a major coastal city that could join the chain of existing major cities on the pacific coast with strategic value.

BC can be annexed later. maybe take that bit in the northeast that's on Alberta's side of the mountain range. I can see BC being annexed eventually, but annexing it would be very resource intensive. The locals would fight every attempt to industrialise it or build roads, and have a much higher population which will be hard to control. It's basically Cold California, and that makes it a net loss to annex.

More like west of Ottawa and north of Toronto. There are a bunch of mines and other useful resources in "Northern Ontario", and very few people per acre. I mean shit, you could just grab a bunch of already running mines in the Sudbury area for the low low cost of having to eject a few crackheads and jeets. No need to spend money getting them up and ready, no need to even find a workforce. It's already there. Same story with a lot of smaller towns in Ontario.

Yep, with Michigan and Minnesota getting the central and western bits of "north" Ontario (I use quotes because it's still literally on the southern land border) respectively. Wouldn't even be hard to do.

Not sure it'll happen, but it wouldn't be hard.
