Executions work best when there is one or two clear crimes that the person can be made an example of. The CEO had the clear crime or denying medical claims, and the execution had the clear response of approving medical claims. What is the one clear crime that Robelus has done that everyone would agree with, and that can be fixed instantly with a policy change?
 
Hypothetically, you'd go after the provincial health ministers that enforced the vax mandates. They are solitary figures that acted with their own authority, never resigned out of conscience, and everyone would know the precise reason they were yiffed straight to hell. No mystery, no conspiracy, no need for a manifesto.

It'd be a statement against totalitarianism, trannyism, maid and free opioids all at the same time. That would put FAFO in the mind of every Canadian bureaucrat, and ease the boot a little off of everyones' collective necks.

Part of the distinction as well is that bear mace & personal protection mace are supplied very differently.

Bear mace for backcountry use is a huge canister the size of spray paint that needs to be hung from a belt or a pack.

Self-defense mace for urban use is small enough to fit on a keychain.

You can't really argue that the self-defense format is for wilderness use based on how each is supplied.

Maybe I'm boomering up a schizo post meme, but a hole in the plot is that Barry Sherman ran a generic drug manufacturer.

Generic drug manufacturers are the equivalent of store brand products: they don’t introduce new products to market or test new compounds. They only make a slop imitation of Big Pharma product for pennies on the dollar a decade after it was debuted and after someone else did the work and took all the risks.

Sherman was rich enough that it's possible he had a controlling interest in actual pharmaceutical research companies. But he got rich being a useless, lazy capitalist, not an innovator or a maverick.

Not defending a super-rich dude that voluntarily got involved with shady shit and got whacked for his troubles, but generic drug companies are the reason most people can afford medicine in this hyper-inflated market. Patents don't last forever and the original manufacturer typically drops the licensing fees down a bit after a few years on the market, allowing these generic companies to sell the product at reduced prices, sometimes even less than half of the OG prices since they don't have as much overhead as the bigger companies and they're not trying to recoup R&D costs. I make sure to be an autistic sperg whenever my doctor wants to presrcibe me something and demand it be the generic brand so my copay is much lower, cause in burgerland if you don't specifiy they will give you the brand name drug cause they get a bigger kickback.

This is only some useless anecdote, I suppose, but it really seems like something from a sitcom instead of real life. Apparently we now have Mexican neighbours, and for hours they have been playing the loudest, most stereotypical mariachi music you can think of whilst cheering and yelling. It feels like they have just imported the entire country here. Most of them do not speak English, of course. I was just talking to my mother and she said 'is this why Donald Trump doesn't want them in?'. Incredible.

I personally don't have any beef with generic drugs or their manufacturers.

But much to your point, these drugs and their producers are entirely focused on pricing rather than innovation.

They make relatively outdated drugs much cheaper & accessible. But there's also been a Walmart-ization effect on the generic drug industry where governments and insurers are constantly pressuring suppliers to compete on price by lowering the cost per dose a few pennies each round of negotiations for supply contracts.

This has led to the offshoring of older essential medicines & recurring drug shortages as the number of manufacturers making a product shrinks.

Pharmacies are continually changing their suppliers for better pricing, causing confusion with patients as the physical pills change in appearance frequently, who proceed to waste pharmacy & physician resources repeatedly accusing their providers of "giving them the wrong pills".

Many patients believe that different generic suppliers actually affect them physiologically, particularly low thyroid sufferers who will claim that one brand doesn't work as well as the other despite their lab tests returning the same.

The generic drug world is more industialist & corporate than it is healthcare or R&D.

It plays an important role, but it only exists in leeching off the other innovators and playing min/max pricing games.

I remember someone telling me in 2013 from Vancouver that an old "war time style" box like home in Ontario would cost well over a million dollars if it was located in Vancouver. I didn't believe them. I thought they were mentally ill. It just seemed so completely insane to me back then.

I heard them say "everyone is Chinese" there and also thought "what the fuck?". I just thought it was an exaggeration.

But my God it was true.

Mark Merrisen used to be married to former BC Premier Christy Clark. He's deep into the globohomo think tanks as well.

But when these people say multi-cultural, they mean window dressing multi-cultural, accessory multi-cultural. They want a brown person, who speaks perfect english, and only has a few of the charming third world quirks. You know like an accent, maybe a hat and of course exotic food that you pretend to like but tastes a little like vomit. Someone that you tastefully arrange in photo ops to show how wonderful and forward thinking you are.
