As part of his charade as a woman who can do anything a man can do (only better), John has written about his outdoor adventures on several occasions. Remember the time he was rescued by the hunky game warden? Remember the time he was rescued by the boatload of young, studly hunters? Remember his ability to field "strip" a deer?

John is just as at home in the woods of Mississippi as he is in the boardrooms of the tech industry.

I forgot to mention the fact that Wu's a super duper obvious closet case. In a cultural climate where "the closet" is almost completely abandoned as a concept except in the rural south. The fact that Wu believes anyone on earth would fall for the "I'm not trans" act or that they even need to keep hiding it is hilarious farcical. It's like a bald guy who wears a really obvious toupee and expects you to think he isn't bald.

Don't forget that back in 2018 the Washington Post wrote an article about progressives challenging old incumbent Democrats and outright said Brianna was transgender because even the people who work there knew the obvious (and figured she was using the trans identity like every other trans politician does).

When they were contacted to correct the story and realized Brianna didn't want to be "outed" (despite it being blatantly obvious) they corrected it and put a clarification in the end, and it's the most beautiful sentence in the article:

"Clarification: An earlier version of this story said that Brianna Wu is transgender. She identifies as a woman."
