They are considered irrelevant by all except the most radical of lefties. Most moderates that I know have turned their back on them because they've gone too far to the left and are getting into identity politics more and more. It's like Cenk and TYT feel that in order to fight the far-right they need to go far-left when all they really needed to do is appeal to the moderates. That is, after all, where the majority of people are.

Deal with the fringe crazy people and you become one of them.

Maybe that's just what she's telling Cenk to make the launch look like less of a disaster. The video is up to 3700 views, and the reaction on twitter was a solid "meh" so to imagine that she got "hundreds" of emails is to conjure a world where something like 1/10th of the entire audience decided that they were so enthused they had to get in touch with BriBri at once, but didn't want to say anything on social media.

Also, I see Wu is still tweeting PAC shit on her personal account and then retweeting it on the PAC account. Between that an the attention whoring on the website where the media is told to contact BriBri directly, the narcissism is off the charts. Wu is treating the PAC as an opportunity for self promotion. She's EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR don't you know. I'm not sure if she doesn't understand how bad that looks or whether she just doesn't care.

John's probably doing most of the tweets from his main accounts for a couple reasons. First, it's got the Blue Checkmark of Validation, while the Rebellion PAC account doesn't, and John probably doesn't like tweeting like one of the proles who don't have one. Second, John's account has almost 100k followers, while Rebellion's hasn't even hit 1k yet. Even if the overwhelming majority of John's followers are bots, that's still way more people hearing him, especially thanks to the blue check.

Finally, in classic John fashion, he's probably just too lazy to swap accounts most of the time.

So Ana's given indications for some time that she's getting worn down by her TYT spotlight:

While she's probably paid in a sum only second to Cenk, and must pull at least high-five- to low-six-figures, she's made some comments that indicate she's unsatisfied with her pay. Oftentimes on air she's barely able to contain her contempt for Cenk's cringe jokes and playacting; she also seems to be more of a "true believer" lefty than obvious grifting "how do you do fellow progressives" Cenk, and has voiced her disdain for Biden and establishment Democrats, even if she knows she has to reign it in now that he's the nominee. She can't handle online criticism, going so far as to whine to the U.N. about her online "harassment." Four years of Trump have put her in a state of perpetual exasperation.

Given, all that, I wonder if Wu could be a wedge for an entertaingly acrimonious separation of Ana from TYT. A steady trickle of tweets and YouTube comments that both praise Wu and conversely highlight what a pandering shitbag grifter he is. A healthy mix of stuff along the lines of:

"It's great Cenk found a strong tech-savvy woman that can stand up to harassment to partner with for his new PAC."
"Ana's been looking stressed recently, so it's nice Cenk was able to find another smart woman to partner with. And Brianna actually has fundraising experience!"
"I hope this PAC focuses strongly on women's issues. Brianna has the strong voice we need to really get them the attention they deserve."
"Brianna Wu rides a sportbike, speedruns video games, does her own welding, and is a world-renowned expert on online harassment. And she does it all while looking stylish and professional. Could Cenk have picked a cooler partner?"

There should really be threshold that you need to maintain to keep your stupid blue checkmark. You should have so many likes and x amount of interaction. So many people have obtained the Twitter Badge of Honor at their peak and nobody gives a fuck anymore. It's a false symbol that makes the average person believe that this person has something valuable to say.

John Flynt adds nothing of value to this world. Besides being the 8th fastest Peach in the world on SMB2 in a pool of like 30 contenders.
