Oh sure, I know he's forgotten about it for the most part, and if he weren't required to disclose it as part of his finances, he probably wouldn't give it a second thought. It's just amusing at this point to see that particular gravy train plummet from its initial peak of over $3k a month during GG down to its current levels. He was in the top 25 gaming Patreons back in early 2016, and that was when he was down to $2k a month.

One thing I'd like to note is that John did make more than $2500 last year. The document @nets_awesome linked was only through May 2019. Going by the reported monthly totals on Graphtreon, patrons paid him about $5900. Take out 5% for Patreon's cut and estimate 5% for fees, and we get about $5300 paid to John. Add that to the $750 for whatever event actually thought it was a good idea to have him there, and we get a total of $6050. Any taxes he might have had to pay on that are definitely not going to break the bank any more than John already is.

I'm sure Glenn already knows that John is a troon and actually a man but also knows this isn't useful and he can't use it in his circles. I wouldn't be surprised, though, if completely anonymous and untraceable people start throwing around the troon thing on his behalf, though.
 
Well I'm late to the party but RIP Porsche, guess we'll never get to see the troon-mobile in its final form. I was picturing something like the bat-mobile but instead of cool gadgets and bullet proof windows it had seats made for Manute Bol, an alarm that just kept repeating the word "triggered" very loudly and a instead of tear-gas defense system it just smelled like the kind of BO only poor hygiene and mutilated genitals could produce.


Maybe it was the timing chain but, knowing his history I wouldn't surprised if John just kept putting in low octane 87 into an engine that was designed for 91 or like @Dr. Merkwurdichliebe said, accidentally disabled the check engine/oil pressure sensors or just ignored it.

I’m sure John puts premium in the car m, not just because it’s required (he doesn’t know why) but for the vanity of showing others he’s spending more for gas. Think like a narcissist.

No, you don't understand. These Porsches are a part of the Wu investment portfolio. John has seriously argued that his Porsche purchase(s) were solid long-term investments. Because, as we all know, nothing retains its value over time better than a car.

Losing one is about like losing part of your 401k. Well, in Frank's case, it's exactly like that because he's been borrowing against his to fund all these ventures for Brianna.

Well, to be fair, depending on what model(s) they have, Porsche's can indeed appreciate in value. Same with Ferarris, Lambos, McLarens, etc.

But if that's their gambit, they're absolutely doing it wrong. You are not supposed to actually drive the fucking things (much).

And yes, there's better investments out there. Which suggests they just want to drive a Porsche.

That's why I asked the model. We might have entered a whole new dimension of dishonesty and stupidity here.
