The Nebulas aren't much better. You can now become an SFWA member by self-publishing a book and "demonstrating" $3,000 in sales. SFWA won't say what percentage of it's membership got in after achieving this Herculean literary feat.

N.K Jemisin is my favorite. A black, female SJW who screams about reparations and racism while living on a $60,000-plus Patreon account. (She certainly can live on her royalties.) Before a publisher picked her up in order to virtue signal, she wrote pornographic fan fic. More people vote for her to get Hugos and Nebulas than buy her books.

Wu wanted to get some good ol' virtue signalling in before the corpse of a murder girl was even cold. People told them that their info was wrong and to please hold off blaming discord, internet culture, toxic masculinity, and that the guy was a stalker.

Wu deleted the tweet and then blocked people who told them to have some compassion. The tweet was posted on the last page.
