It's not the palm, he's just an idiot. Previous notes he's written did not have the Palm T and F, for some inscrutable reason he is making this up, it's not even like he uses them exclusively in his note. He mixes in some Palm letters, then he liberally uses upper and lower case with no rhyme or reason like if he was five years old.

For as shit as it is I bet he struggles a lot with getting words on paper and it probably takes an embarrassing amount of time to write a note like that without it being filled with spelling errors or words spilling out on the table.

John's use of random capital letters has been commented on before. It is symptomatic of one of his array of mental illnesses.

Specifically:

Dyslexic dysgraphia - Normal fine-motor speed and students are able to draw or copy material but spontaneous writing is often illegible and spelling is poor. Random use of capital letters is common.

In the sample above, writing from one edge of the sheet to the other, with no regard for margins at the sides or bottom is also symptomatic.

His claim to have been a graphic designer during one of his fake careers is LOL funny.

John is one sick puppy.

Notice that the two photos have different addresses on the bottom, because some of the stationery is from before he moved. He's bragging about having supplies left over from his failed first campaign.

I suspect that they bought a fancy printer and a bunch of paper to "save money" and "be agile".
He had that "printed in house" on that flyer he showed not long ago, the first of these 'look at my paper' posts. The card with the old address might be something he ordered from a print shop, the colors are better on that one.

With fancy printer I mean it would be something not home consumer focused but leaning towards that pro-range that Brianna covets, something that could print large:ish volumes reasonably fast. It would be a very Wu move. It won't ever be used again, he's bored now.
