We just had a giant security leak where tons of medical data was openly available on the internet, this was in Sweden and the spokesman explained it as "someone might have put an internet cable into a harddrive" he added "it was not accessible unless you know advanced commando maneuvers" - we still have diversity quotas to fill though, Brianna, you're god enough for shitty governmental work!

Oh it exists, it was linked in one of the previous thread I believe. It was mabe 6,000 characters of total flim-flam about "going to the metal", nothing about how it worked and how it was different from the regular API, just Wu's standard buzzwords and nonsense. It might have been the original source of how programming in assembly is the most hardcore because it's just ones and zeroes, but I'm not sure.

Actually, there is no definitive "plan" in regards to the GND, which you would know had you looked into it at all. In fact, its nebulous nature is considered a feature and not a flaw. The idea being basically, let's just pass GND into law and it will evolve and scale nimbly and the entire world will be running on green energy by 2030.
