Wu's been tweeting up a storm tonight. I wonder if she's forgotten she has until the end of the month to file her FEC report. This is her usual behaviour when she's stuck in front of the computer having a real task to do.

I love that she’s defending the president serving fast food to a champion team because supposedly “that’s what we did at ole miss!”

Meanwhile actual people who had friends and attended games are asking her what she’s smoking. They’d have fancy meals or at least full on spreads of BBQ at The Grove, apparently. If you look at photos, they also dress up game-day-fancy in expensive clothes.

Fast food is the thing that makes Brianna feel an affinity for Trump, and she also proves she was never a part of the culture she claims as her own. Just another Monday.:lit:

There's no way in hell John's allowed anywhere near the FEC reports now that they've already had to grovel and beg the FEC to spare them. Frank's surely doing it himself.

Maybe Wu got spam from a vanity publisher and after thinking about it he gracefully walked away from the idea of giving them Frank's money to print his still unwritten nonsense.
 
He could always self publish on Amazon but then he wouldn’t have his ego stroked with a book advance and agent. The agent would schedule him signings and shit (which is what he really wants).

I love the not-so secret rivalry between John and Zoe. I don’t think Zoe is competing, she doesn’t give a shit, but you can tell John is. Zoe’s living the life John wanted (game dev, comic book author, book publisher, etc). Don’t forget Zoe and Randi kicked John out of the club at the start of goober gate.

John is not capable of the type of effort required to write even a bad book

If he were, he'd never publish it because he wouldn't be able to delete the reviews that would pop up all over the interwebs. And Amazon generally takes a dim view of authors who pay for fake positive reviews -- which John would definitely do -- and makes it almost impossible to remove negative reviews, which would drive John further into madness.

Alas, we will never see My Life As a Woman by John Walker Flynt.

And that's his own damn fault because unlike them, he couldn't put his ego on park for even a second for mutual gain, because he was the only one who wanted to profit from attention whoring and doing his own thing.

Goodreads would be the kiss of death. Writers have no control at all over what goes onto a Goodreads page, barring actual defamation. I don't know their policy on "deadnaming" (I fear it's probably as dumb as Twitter's), but even the no-doubt legitimate criticism that would be leveled would be far too much for him to bear.

That was a major part of it but Randi also tells the story that John is/was friends with someone very problematic. That person got into some drama and Randi noped out of being in the same space as John.

It is recommended for writers to stay away from GR, multiple times newbies with their first book turned themselves into lolcalfs fighting it out with reviewers. Wu wouldn't be able to stop herself from entering the ring.

Queer people have thick skin said the snarling transbeast who berated a journalist for labeling them accurately as transgender and who had a hissy fit over photos selected for a story. Says the person who lied about leaving her home over fake internet harassment and threats or who constantly cries about harassment.

No one believes for a minute “queer people” have a thick skin. Also, asking if someone is safe to be around is rich considering John has attacked people (threw an iPad at someone for accidentally knocking over a coke on a flight).
 
Some queer people have thick skin. Usually the older ones, but any of the ones that have dealt with real harassment and difficulties. The ones who reclaimed being called 'queer' because it used to be an insult.

Troons and the younger ones who get triggered by not having every single movie, TV show and game give them their specific snowflake sexuality requirements, though? Tumblrinas whose biggest hassle has been people not respecting their headcanons? Any of the ones that have adopted a queer identity because it gives them oppression points? Some of the thinnest-skin motherfuckers you'll ever encounter.

About the only credit Wu gets for thickness of skin is that, since most of her harassment is fake or actively sought after, she doesn't tend to crybully or suicide-bait. Her whole 'conquering hero of tech who overcame Gamergate' is annoying as fuck, but at least it's something different.
