Given Brianna's lack of elegant code for R60, I can't see her being successful in Assembly. Im not sure what platform and flavor of Assembly Language she has in mind, but I can easily see her being sloppy enough to use the wrong op code at the wrong time - causing whatever program she's attempting to run to come to a screeching halt a la R60.

I think he meant property tax bill because most states fund schools by property taxes. That’s why wealthy neighborhoods have better schools typically.
Depending on if you’re an idiot or not you will either get a bill from the state or it will be sent to your escrow company and included as a monthly payment on top of your mortgage and homeowner’s insurance. It makes it much easier to handle one bill vs 3.
However, we all know John/Brianna and Frank are terrible with money even though Frank makes a good salary with bonuses/stock. They don’t own their house, they’re renting so no bill would be sent to John. It would go to the landlord and factored into the monthly rent these doofuses pay. At their age and income, it’s completely idiotic and irresponsible to be renting. Alas, John can’t stop spending money on gadgets, Porsches, games, pay to win mobile game bucks, etc. Frank won’t do anything because he’s madly in love with the transbeast for some reason.
Also, John was talking about house hunting some time back while just a few months earlier complaining about not being able to afford a house (even though they make more than enough money). Now he’s saying they receive a tax bill. Basically, he’s getting tripped up in his story/lies.
