The woman is literally saying "being mean to trannies is wrong, but it isn't as wrong as burning millions of people in ovens, so it weakens your argument and makes Nazis look better when you try to claim that misgendering is as bad as Nazism". Which is the absolute opposite of holocaust denial. The actual insult she was making was that the tactics of the militiant LGBT bear some resemblance to Nazi tactics, such as book burning.
