I wouldn't worry about that. Brianna is way too much of a narcissist to just go away. He'll find some other big, new project to keep his name out there and fail miserably at.

He’s going to keep getting softball interviews, continue doing “talks” at random no-name universities, and puke out tons of tweets every day in the hopes he can go viral and stay “relevant”.

John already admitted GSK is dead, no one wanted to fund future games so he had the brilliant idea of running for Congress which he then lost.

Definitely this and a combination of pivoting into whatever hobby Wu thinks is worth pretending to be an expert in at the moment. Also expect an amping up of every previous phony claim because he'll have the "ran for congress" badge that provides access to possibly bigger avenues if he plays his cards right. That or Lynch's car brakes will mysteriously fail and witnesses will report seeing a grotesquely large and misshapen shadow lurking around the area beforehand...
 
Can someone please post John's tweet about how he has bypassed all of the manufacturer's safety features on the roof mechanism on his Porsche convertible? (My new phone is giving me fits.)
 
So you already broke the roof mechanism on your car, you went to an auto-shop and paid them to bypass it with some wires?
Some fine engineering there. I also see the interior is that awful red colour you picked out. Tragic, it was a decent looking car before you got to it.

Here's what you actually have to do to bypass the emergency (not parking) brake on that vehicle.

It involves precise soldering of contact points inside the relay. It allows the driver to raise and lower the roof at any speed. This can lead to deadly accidents.

Wrapping speaker wire around one post on the relay box accomplishes nothing, but John's moronic anal orbiters have queued up to lick his ass over what a genius he is.

To be fair, that's just a more elegant way of doing what Wu has done.
The big track on the right hand side of the picture you linked to is the relay unit's ground plane. Wu achieved the same result probably by wiring the external pin to the negative terminal of the battery as a temporary hack.

Doesn't really deserve all the fawning praise Wu is getting on twitter for doing this though. It's not exactly hard to google and follow instructions.

However:

I looked up the hack you mentioned that John is trying to immitate. It requires that pin No. 18 be bent flat so that it doesn't make contact. John hasn't done that, probably because his e-brake sensor is working fine and this is just a bullshit story for his Twitter ass-lickers to ooh and aah over. In which case, mission accomplished.

There is so much shit i could question about that photo but my first is, why is there only one wire fixing the problem when the cable doesn't have reverse polarity?

Bull. I can’t think of a single person that’s used a failed Congressional campaign as a springboard for anything. That’s usually where careers go to end because you’re forever tainted as a loser, especially if you can’t even crack 20% at the polls which Wu won’t do. There are thousands of people that run for Congress every cycle and lose. Only a tiny handful retain a shred of political relevance after they lose, and Wu possesses none of the qualities that would allow for him to be one of the few exceptions.

FFS. Can we please not have the endless parade of people who haven't even taken high school electronics.
It's one wire. It's wiring the input to that relay to ground so it's consistently off to bypass whatever interlock there is against the roof being deployed while the handbrake is released.

This raises a point I've pondered -- how in hell does John even fit in a Porsche? I had a buddy who grieved because he was 6'4" tall, and he just couldn't fit in a Porsche at all. Not enough head room unless he hunched over.
