In other news, we had a bit of a breakthrough in "Evelyn."

She apparently was this person, according to Wu, and killed herself in 2010 in Boston.

According to Wu, she killed herself due to "an inability to live a life without dignity."

Anyone able to verify any of this shit?

I was looking around some of the known Wu sources to see if I could find any mention of Evelyn before 2014 (spoiler: no) and I found this on Frank's old blog:

For someone who has never had a car accident, Wu has had a hell of lot of car accidents. It even seems like she might be a bit of dangerous driver.

I'm reasonably convinced Evelyn doesn't exist. Wu might be a lazy dick, but the story of asking Evelyn's parents' permission to write about her and then not writing the blog post you planned is just too dickish to actually be true. Then there's all the details that suggest it's a Wu fairy tale like the unnamed NPR reporter who said transphobic things just before she died. How would Wu even have met this person? They have a significant age gap, and Wu actively avoids trans organisations to preserve her paper thin beard of womanhood. In 2010, Wu had just moved to Boston with Frank, so they didn't exactly have a long time to get acquainted before Evelyn snuffed it. Just yesterday we saw Wu invent a brand new career for herself out of whole cloth in a tweet to make herself sound knowledgeable, I'm pretty sure that's what has happened here.

Square pegs in round holes. She wants Lynch to be evil but she knows he’s pretty clean whd well-liked. Still, the method of lying through her beautiful brown teeth until people take what she says as fact has worked for her before. So she keeps pushing those pegs with Lynch, hoping something will fit.

This is a respected Congressman. Not a headless movement (GamerGate) or something people don’t care to fact check (her past). She won’t win but she keeps pushing those pegs. She sees her Twitter support as success, but that support doesn’t exist in the district.

Most normal people with pasts like Brianna’s wouldn’t clutch their pearls like she does. Lynch has evolved and changed over time. Brianna flips back and forth on a whim and when she does, she acts like she led the charge for whatever she now believes from day one.

The way she acts like the gay panic and Iraq war issues were personal attacks on her — it’s good for retweets, but it would never work in a debate.

Never mind that she was a rabidly conservative republican then and probably vocally hashed LGBT people from the time she was a young teen. She still doesn’t like gay men.



Edit On Evelyn: If she existed, her only crime was knowing Brianna. Her family doesn’t deserve the insults that will inevitably be posted here. I deserve feels ratings for this, but it’s one of the only subjects where Brianna’s basic story doesn’t change. It could be real.

The blurry Adam's apple alone should be a dead giveaway. Combine that with the masculine facial features and what could be a receding hairline, there's only one conclusion you can reach. Long Johnson already mentioned the neck.
 
Does Wu have Facebook? It's usually customary for people with friends that committed suicide to keep their profiles on social media on their friends list as a sort of memorial. Maybe we could find out more about Evelin and her supposed connection with Brianna through there.

It's been said a few times, but Lynch knows that Brianna is a nobody, of interest only to small groups of radicals and the occasional internet forum. He's quite aware he can bury her simply by refusing to acknowledge her, because she's not big enough on her own to warrant addressing.

And this fucking infuriates her, fellow kiwis. Make no mistake, she's fucking livid about it, and mentioned it during that Wolfenstein stream. If there's one thing she can't handle, it's being snubbed, and Lynch refusing to indulge her antics is a slap in the face to her. It's a direct violation of her self image as the so called "Godzilla of Tech Feminism", an important and influential woman known to everyone.
Think back to the time she lost her shit on that plane, the whole "My name is Brianna Wu. Do you realize you just spilled soda on me?!" bit. Her entire self-worth is based around being known and feared, and to have someone destroy her just by ignoring her like a petulant child is driving her insane.

She's losing because she's such a nobody that she needs to beg for her opponent's attention just to have a chance to be in the fight at all, he knows it, and is refusing to enable her bullshit.
I think as things come to a close, we're going to see a lot more of these pathetic attempts to lure him into a fight.

Jesus Buttfucking Christ, Wu - Shepard's death was 20 YEARS AGO, and Gwen's murder happened about 5 years after that. Two decades ago, you were a fat homo who shilled for Republicans and threw hissy fits at newspaper editors who didn't publish your amateur Bratz fanfic.
